You could probably get one of the cheaper ones (sub $15) if it is only temporary. **Q: I have this unit and it began leaking after a few short months. Is there a replacement cartridge with rubber washer I can purchase?** A: Take out the small plunger and clean off the rubber washer scrap it a bit. Take out the rubber washer and use fine sandpaper and lightly sand it Should stop the leak **Q: Is this 3/8" Compression threading or standard? Thx** A: Standard 3/8" pipe thread. I used a galvanized bell (1/2" to 3/8") reducer since my current piping was 1/2". Great product and very reliable.
