Exactly what i wanted
I love the thick, soft bristles on this brush. It's not too harsh to hurt or make you itch, but its also not too soft. You can really scrub yourself clean with gentle exfoliation. The bristles are perfect for all kinds of soap and holds onto foam well. The handle is comfortable to hold and use. My only complaint is that I wish the handle was a few inches longer. Other than that, this is an excellent body brush.

Very soft nice wet brush, but this IS NOT for dry brushing......
I am an avid dry brusher, doing so every day prior to my bath or shower and fully seeing the positive results and benefits from doing so. I also use a brush in the shower (a different one) to wash my back, as I have struggled with body acne for most of my life (despite everything I’ve done to combat it). I can say the combo of dry brushing, using a bath brush to wash my back, a great AHA body scrub, dietary skin-health supplement, and salicylic acid body wash have completely gotten rid of it. But dry brushing has other benefits as well (research and see for yourself)..... However that is where this brush is slightly misleading, it IS NOT for dry brushing. It is way too soft for to be effective, you need a natural hair bristle brush for this. Trust me, I have THREE different brushes and if I dry brushed with this one there is no way it could do what my dry brush or even white synthetic bristle brush does. The way it is shaped makes it easier for reaching those hard to reach places on your back, my straight handle body brush has always been a little difficult to reach certain spots on my back.....this brush I can easily reach every portion of my back. It lathers perfectly as well. Not to mention, it’s a really nice looking brush. Overall, it is a great shower brush.....but do not buy it for dry brushing please, you won’t get the benefits it promises.

Love This Brush!
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I liked the look of the bristles on this tool. The curved brush works wonderfully, the bristles are dense but not rough. I subtracted one star for the handle, he length is great, but it is slippery and I have to keep adjusting the grip to keep it from falling to the shower floor, but love it.

great idea that works
very smart design, just the right size. not too hard or soft. easy to keep clean. put a zip tie in the handle hole, helps manage it a ton,

Good product, just need different sizes
It's ok, but not flexible and wanted a longer handle , for my needs

Soft, yet assertive!
Works great! Doesn’t irritate or dry my back up as harder brushes do. It’s hard to find a soft bristle back brush that isn’t ineffective or doesn’t dry well. This one does both. The handle is nice and long, however is very slippery when soap runs to your hand. It exfoliates well. The color is subjective, wish it was black - but that’s okay! It does the job very well. After using it, the brush dries quickly provided you rinse it well and wave it towards the floor a couple of times to reset the bristles and shed excess water out. Very important to prevent mold. I can tell this one will last me a while and is easy to clean.

Best back brush ever
Over the years I've been using those soft bristle back brushes with the translucent plastic handles. After some use they always snap in the middle of the handle or near the bristles. This thing has a much thicker handle which also seems a bit more flexible. The bristles are also softer and much more densely packed together. I have no doubt this is going to hold up 5x longer than the other cheap ones on Amazon. I like it so much I'm going to stock up on a few more just in case they become unavailable in the future.

4.5 stars. Soft, but dense. Suds & cleans well. Not very exfoliating.
I bought this bath brush a year ago. I'm back on Amazon to buy something identical, but about an inch or so longer. I would buy this product again, but I need a longer handle right now due to an injured shoulder and back. First impression: The brush head is way smaller than it appears in the advertised photos. The bristles were softer than expected. I didn't think I'd like the bath brush because of these issues, but I was wrong. This is a very good item. I got it on sale for $7.99, which was an excellent deal. I'd recommend it even at it's normal price. Likes: Color & design are nice... looks nice hanging in the shower. It's not as sloppy looking as a washcloth, and I didn't feel the need to keep it hidden from view. VERY DENSE bristles hold a nice lather. I've used it with various bar soaps and body washes, and it always held the product well. Dense bristles actually left my body feeling thoroughly cleansed and ever so slightly exfoliated (similar to washing with a slightly rough wash cloth... but not close to any actual exfoliating cloth/brush I've used in the past). Cleaning with the brush can feel like a gentle massage when your muscles are sore. I've actually used it to help with circulation in my leg after breaking my foot. The handle is very strong and stiff. There's no flex whatsoever, so I was able to control how much pressure I wanted to apply while cleaning various parts of my body. No need for a grip pad. The handle doesn't slide out of your soapy hands easily. Bristles were easy to rinse after using. The whole thing has been resistant to mold and mildew for approximately 8 months of regular use in a poorly ventilated bathroom. It has outlasted any other bathing brush I've owned. The handle is pretty long compared to most bath brushes found in box stores, and it's probably an adequate length for someone of average size who doesn't have limited range of motion or any other physical limitations. Dislikes: I wish the brush head was just a bit larger, so it could cover more surface area. However, it cleans surprisingly well despite its size. (I've considered it may actually be good that the brush head is smaller and shaped the way it is since the bristles are so tightly packed. Perhaps that is what has helped it avoid mold/mildew growth for so long.) I was hoping for something a little more exfoliating. I expected the bristles to be a little more stiff/rough. While the brush did leave my skin feeling thoroughly clean after showering, it didn't work as a true exfoliating brush. So, I had to purchase something else. This brush became my everyday use cleaning brush instead. Special considerations: I have limited range of motion in my shoulders, and I sometimes get really bad back spasms. I'm 5'6 tall and very slim. The length of this brush would normally be adequate (probably perfect for my size) if I didn't have these physical limitations. But unfortunately I was only able to reach the bottom of my shoulder blades & in between when trying to scrub my back from above. Then I had to get the rest of my back from various angles. It was just a couple inches too short to allow me to reach my entire back. There was a tiny spot I couldn't reach without difficulty. If you're a larger person or have physical limitations, I'd try using a yard stick or something to determine if this thing will be long enough for you. Keep in mind that the brush head is short (and not shaped like a typical oval brush head), and that the handle isn't flexible at all. I used a dowel to determine if this item would be the right length for me, but I didn't take into account the size/shape of the brush head and what kind of maneuvering I'd have to do with my arms & back in order to get a good scrub everywhere. This did help me to clean my legs & feet easily even though I didn't need it for that reason. It really does leave me feeling adequately clean. Maintenance & longevity: I didn't use this brush right away because I didn't think I'd like it. I kind of forgot about it until I had to toss out my other bamboo wood bath brush due to mold/mildew issues. I ended up liking this brush way better! I made sure it was thoroughly rinsed with hot water after every use & hung it from a hook in my shower to dry. My bathroom has poor insulation & ventilation. I rely on a tiny window to let moisture out. (No working exhaust fan in the old house I'm renting.) I would check the brush periodically, visually inspecting & smelling the dark bristles about once a week. Occassionally, I would soak it in white vinegar out of paranoia that mold might be lurking. I didn't have any issues with mold or mildew until about 8 months of daily use. *This may have been my fault... I haven't been as diligent about opening the bathroom window this Winter, nor did I keep up with the occasional vinegar soak. I also left my shower curtain closed more often to help with insulation issues. I noticed the brush had a mildew smell to it the other day, so I'm retiring it. I plan to clean it with some harsh chemicals, then use it for cleaning my home or laundry. (The brush otherwise still looks and feels great. I just don't want to use it on my body after soaking it in a strong mold-killing chemical solution.) I would recommend this brush to others. If I could give it 4.5 stars, I would. I had to dock a star because it fell just a tad bit short of my expectations based on how it was advertised.
