In all probability, yes, due to it's design but I definitely do not have the need nor the balls to try it for you.

I use it to pump furniture stripping fluid, the thickest fluid I have pumped ia about like thick latex paint. Hope this helps.

Will this pump Chlorine without damaging the pump??

I'm no chemist, but I pump paint stripper and it hasn't effected it's performance in over 1 year.
