Use this a lot. Bought to help with rehabbing my shoulder and am still using it for different exercises. Also strengthens your hands and fingers holding it so for me it’s a win! I have had it for a year now and it still looks new.

Great for my PT but be careful not to leave on nice wood table. It caused damage to our dining table top. It caused a sticky gooey round ring and it took off some of our stain when I finally got it off with Dawn soapy water first, then Olive oil so not to damage my table more.

This is a very sturdy exercise ball that has helped me greatly with my fitness goals. It is well balanced and is versatile for strength training and pilates movements. The color is basic and worked well for my home gym.

Great quality weighted ball. Item arrived & was exactly as advertised. Material is a strong material somewhere between rubber & plastic. Smooth texture. Great for basic slams and racquet sports training - doesn't break with impact on hard courts

Perfect! Have been using in every training session since it arrived. The material is thick which provides a good grip. I bought the yellow ones as well (one weight higher) and will surely buy the more heavy ones once I feel my strength has improved. Great purchase!
