POKARLA 40L Foldable Rucksack Travel Hiking Folding Outdoor Backpack

There is nothing to dislike about this product. Bought the first one on 8th Feb 2022 and it's only in the past month (over 2 years later) that the main compartment zip has started to fail and the hanging loop and one of the mesh side pockets has started to rip. This is a testament to great design and quality manufacturing, so much so that I've ordered the same back pack as a replacement.So, durable absolutely, packs down beautifully into the inner pocket and is super lightweight and quick drying (although I treated mine with a waterproofing spray) there are plenty of pockets both inside and out with a more than adequate array of straps and loops making it perfect as a day bag when camping or a seaside trip.When first purchased I didn't expect much but boy was I left impressed. It's been through hell and back yet stood firm with many kilos of stuff inside.Just can't find any possible fault with this brilliant back pack.

This poor backpack had to go on one of these outdoor school camps for teenagers. Literally no one in their right mind would want to be around that but this backpack nailed it.The zoo’s are still going strong, it had a tonne of pockets with which to hide the many banned items they were told not to take but did anyway, holds a staggering amount of stuff.You can put a large lunch into it and still have space for a hoodie and pack down waterproof jacket. There’s space for a water bottle on the side too. If my teen ever took one then I could have provided a photo, she doesn’t and then wonders why she looks like a pale sickly Victorian child.The material is strong and held up just grand in this trip of doom. I now use it for carrying shopping, going on hikes with the dog and holding all his treats/water bottles/towels/toys because I am his personal maid it seems.All in, a grand backpack, easy to use and comfortable to wear.

The bag arrived super quick. It came well packaged and pre folded in to a little pouch that would most certainly be a mission impossible task to get the bag back into without wedging it back in out of shape and most likely damaging the zip when trying to close it. As others have said the material is very thin, similar to a runners rain jacket material. I chose the bright organge colour which I like and I think will be useful when it's stored in a packed overhead luggage with on board carry on as planned should stick out easily from all the blue and black bags, to help me find it. I'm flying to Vegas from the UK with United airlines so I needed a bag that fits their carry on allowance and this bag fits the dimensions. Although I would say due to the lack of any padding or support and the material of the bag I think it could easily be over filled. The bag offers good sized room to fit in what I plan to take for my carry on. Space for some water bottles on the side, spare clothes just in case my checked in bag goes missing, 15" laptop, 10.5" tablet, headphones, chargers, sweets/snacks for on the plane. There's plenty of room for all that and more. Not used the bag yet but trying it on, the straps adjusted easily and felt comfortable, although if youre planning on taking any heavy items such as a laptop I'd say you need to be careful where you position it in the bag both for protection of the item and your own comfort due to the thin material it could easily dig into your back making it very uncomfortable, same goes with charger plugs etc. I'd suggest padding it in-between towels, clothes etc to help provide as some cushion and protection.

Good bag, folds back up really well. The material feels quite cheap but actually it’s really good. I had nearly 25kg in mine and it survived. Holds up again water quite well. Great value for the money.

Brilliant! I needed this for a holiday as I was fed up of having to pull along 2 suitcases - this fits MOST airlines. EJ,BA and J2 I've flown with this backpack so far and have had no problems at all. Fits in a LOT, nice and lightweight and doesn't rub on your shoulders. Never used the whistle yet but I quite like that safety element it has to it.. nice and easy to put back away in the bag - although there is a knack to it, you just have to fold and try to keep it as compact as possible. I'd suggest zipping it up as far as possible and securing the clips to avoid potential rips and tears of the material 🙂 Happy with the purchase and very good value for money.

This bag is great. The fabric is very high quality. It folds into its own pocket for portability when travelling. In it folded state it takes up very little space and weighs very little, making it perfect for adding to hand luggage on budget flights. I used it as a day pack many times on my recent holiday and was shocked at how much it held and how comfortable it was for wearing. There a three large pockets and a couple smaller pockets inside. I will be using on every holiday going forward.

Very light but very strong. Have used it almost every day for about 3 years to carry heavy loads of shopping and it looks like it will survive for many more years. I bought another one for my wife and she likes it as much as me. I've had dozens of back packs over the years, most of them are much more expensive but not as good. The amount of stuff I can get into it still surprises me.

Good value for money, handy rucksack for holidays and days out!Not a heavy duty item, but does what we purchased it for so we’re pleased.

La he probado debajo del grifo y parece que aguanta el agua. Las cremalleras no las he probado pero no tiene pinta de q aguante. Parece resistente en conjunto, la tela no tanto y muy funcional. Poco peso y volumen. Estoy bastante contento con la compra. Para uso ocasional. Yo la uso para la moto

I am very impressed. The delivery was amazingly quick and the backpack is excellent, with several inner and outer pockets, some Velcro sealed, others zipped or mesh. It unfolded to a perfect size and shape for hiking and skiing. I highly recommend the product and the seller and compliments to Amazon for their outstanding delivery system.

It had every feature of a heavier pack and deep water bottle pockets. Lots of room in both main and front also the pouch you can carry it in becomes a big inside pocket. It is also stronger than I expected. I wouldn’t carry too much weight in it, but my lap top, work out clothes and sneakers don’t seem to much for it. I would not go much higher in weight on a regular basis. The bag doesn’t add to the weight you’re carrying since it’s so light, my packs are all heavy just by themselves. As for water resistant, water won’t hurt the bag, but everything inside will get wet. And something wet inside will leak out.

I am SO impressed with this backpack! The material is quality - much sturdier and thicker than I thought it was going to be. It is so much better than the foldable backpacks I was finding at the luggage stores like Bentley. I specifically bought this backpack to go on my upcoming Cruise vacation - thinking of an excursion/shore exploration backpack. This is perfect and beyond my expectations! Where to start.1. My entire snorkelling set (fins/mask/snorkel) fit in the backpack with approx 2" room to spare at the top2. Lots of room for snorkelling set, towel, snacks, shoes, extra clothes, sunblock etc etc etc3. Mesh pockets on the shoulder straps are awesome. One side fits my iphone8, the other fits my small tripod/selfie stick4. Deep sturdy water bottle pockets on both sides of bag near the bottom5. 2 Smaller zipped pockets on the front6. Water resistant & sturdy materia7. Chest strap clip with a nifty little whistle built into the clasp for emergencies8. Folds compactly into itself for easy & convenient packing & is lightweightEven though I bought this specifically for my trip, I know I will be using this for hiking, cottage days, beach days and various day trips. It's AWESOME! I highly recommend this bag if a foldable backpack is what you're looking for! I chose the blue colour and its great. A little darker than it appears in the picture on my laptop - and I like it better in person! You really can't beat this bag for it's quality, features and amazing price!
