Don't be like me and get a Surface Pro and then use it for a year without a cover like this. I remember seeing this product back when I first bought my Surface Pro. I don't know how I justified not getting it at that point. Recently it was getting scratched up so I relented and bought this. Little did I know I was in for an amazing surprise... That annoying gap between the stand and the bottom edge of the tablet, while not an issue when using it stationary on a desk, is incredibly annoying to deal with on my lap. It also sometimes closes by accident if I slide the device across the desk too quickly causing the device to fall onto the desk. Furthermore, it makes carrying the device with the keyboard attached and the device remain open a little cumbersome with my hand nestled within that gap, especially if I am trying to type on the keyboard while holding it this way, one handed--not the most stable of hand-holds. I don't know if others have to use their devices this way that much, but I carry it and type on it in this fashion while moving room-to-room at my work 8hrs a day. Enter this pretty-sturdy-seeming case...Lo and behold that stupid gap is gone. The long flat underside flap is perfect. Carrying it, placing it on (now any) surfaces, typing on it one handed, sliding it across surfaces, all work flawlessly just like a regular laptop would. The daily frustration this thing is going to save me is priceless. Not to mention it looks pretty slick. Thanks for a great product. Not sure yet about the durability since I just opened it, but seems to be of decent quality. Oh yea and it definitely will protect from scratches since the device no longer directly contacts anything except the inside of the case. TL:DR - Just get it. Or get one like it. Don't second guess. A cover like this is a necessity for a Surface Pro if you carry it around with the kickstand open, ever.

After 7 years of literally daily use, my old protective cover, that was almost identical to this one, was finally ready to be retired. It was still going strong, doing its job, but it was really looking used up. These things are super inexpensive for the quality, durability, and level of protection You get out of them, so it was a no-brainer to get another one when I finally decided to do so. And yes, for the same MS Surface Pro 6 that is also 7 years old! Lol Hey if it ain't broke... I think the reason I waited so long to get another protective case is because of sentimental reasons. The first one was a gift from a dear friend. It had a different company name stamped on the little brown label, but it was basically identical. I was going to just keep the original cover for another 7 years (or until the computer finally died), because like I said, it was still protecting the laptop perfectly. But, it was time. And when this new one came, I was instantly reminded how nice these things are when they're brand new!

This case is well-constructed, very protective, and sturdy, and fits my Microsoft Surface Pro 7+ perfectly. The only downside I have found so far is that the case somewhat obstructs the fold-out stand, so to use the stand requires an awkward unfolding of the case. Not a deal breaker, though. There is a convenient holder for the stylus, and all ports are readily accessible with the case installed. Stylish and available in multiple colors, so it stands out. Recommended!

Trying to get more habitual with digital art this year over traditional so needed something to carry my surface around in a bag like my sketchbook, this fits the bill perfectly, it looks stylish and is well made and fit my Surface Pro 7 exactly, it does add a little bulk to my tablet but that's not unexpected, I only had a few things I was a little meh on outlined below, but overall very happy with my purchase Pros: -Feels very nice -Magnetic closure in front and on the pocket -Fit my Surface Pro 7 perfect with the Microsoft type cover it came with -Has a pen holder -There is a hole for the back facing camera which I don't use but thought was nice Cons: -The straps to hold it in on the inside at the bottom, I came to complain about them being on the screen/having to be removed to make the computer stand or charge and thankfully read a couple reviews before I finally got it, the straps go on the fold out stand under the main screen not over the whole computer, while this is probably common sense I would've liked a little card with a diagram to show me how it fits, this solved my issues with stand compatibility/straps over the screen etc. Which were most of my complaint with this product (and looks like a similar complaint with other reviewers) -- see my photos of straps on the correct way and computer standing/charging port clear -The pocket is nice, but made very slim, this isn't a deal breaker but it cannot fit my charging block laying flat without puffing out/pressing against the back of the surface (see photo), it does hold my small items like drawing glove, papers etc. That are thin and flat -The way the pen holder is sewn it causes the pen to hang out on the outer side of the case which makes me nervous about it snagging (see photo) it would've been nice if the pen holder had been stitched a little closer in so the pen sat under the lip of the case against the tablet (in fact my pen would've been able to magnet to the side of the computer and keep itself still in the holder)

I bought this for my Microsoft surface three and it fits beautifully and it’s a very soft fabric case on top. I also love the two options there are — handle to hold it and a the stand to put it up. It works great love the purchase and I would recommend it to everyone. Thank you for the beautiful case.

I love it! It’s such a fun case! I got this for my hand-me-down Surface Pro 4 that I got from a friend for college. It fits fine and feels nice to hold/carry! The only part I struggled with was putting the strap over the backing plate stand to keep it in place (it took a bit of effort ngl). I also don’t know how to feel about the quality of the leather bit that keeps the screen in place. I don’t know if it’ll last/tear easily from use/wear so if it does, I’ll come back and edit my review. Apart from that, I like it a lot; all my friends are saying that now they want one cause it’s so cool! 😂💕

Was a bit worried this would be 'plasticy' and cheap looking, but it's not. It's a great carrier for my Microsoft Surface Pro 5, and it looks decent. Really happy with the purchase, and would recommend.
