My daughter received a set of these toys for her birthday. The virtual item codes were invalid. I tried to reach out to Jazzwares for help but they were completely useless. I ended up having to order a second set and eat the cost of the first. Don't get me wrong, the product is great. My daughter loves it (reason for the 5 star review). The customer service is absolutely horrendous. It was such a hassle that I gave up and paid the extra money to make it right for my daughter. People, beware of items that include virtual codes. There is a possibility that someone has already purchased the item, used the code, and returned the item in what looks like unused condition. Then it gets passed down to a schmuck like me. Lesson learned. Jazzwares customer service is beyond lacking. The virtual item code is worth half the cost of the product because the items redeemed are unique items that you cannot purchase in game.

Roblox is everything to my son. He truly enjoys all the figurines. I also think some of them are really cute. They’re all good quality. The only thing I don’t like is the packaging that it can be a struggle trying to get the figurines in their accessories out. But other than that this is a great said to give to a robloxian enthusiast.

My son loves Roblox. He saw this set at a local store around Halloween and I went back to get it, sold out. So happy to find it on here. He loved it. He can be rough but they hang tough.

Son loves his Roblox play set! I wouldn’t recommend this for kids under 8 because of The possibility of all the small pieces. Other than that it’s great for kids that love Roblox and imaginative play!
