I was not expecting it to come with a case. It has a case and batteries. It is very accurate and quick to use. I can use it over my nail polish as well. I wanted a back up in the house with everything going on out there and this was perfect. It is important to have one with Asthma and with Covid. There are so many out there but this was a perfect choice. I love the colors. It was well packaged and it shipped quickly. Not only does it show one's oxygen level, it also shows one's pulse. That is an extremely valuable feature for me because shortness of breath was one of the consequences of having Covid. This device lets me know just how far my heart rate has increased.
