I’m happy with my purchase. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bought to continue rehab at home *by P***L on September 4, 2023* Very similar to trainer used at rehab, so we bought for home use. Easy to put together, but directions to use and display not as easy. Had to look up online how to get the display to work correctly. Or how to use it correctly… Velcro on foot pedals do not stick together to hold foot in place, so had to purchase Velcro strips to replace that. ### ⭐⭐ Stem snapped from the base *by D***. on September 24, 2020* The E-trainer is 5-months old. My husband needs this equipment for his daily exercise routine. It worked well the first three months then it started to separate in the welding at the connection of the stem to the base of the machine. It has now stopped in the middle of the cycle and has to be coaxed to move. I have called HCI several times and have not been contacted to have the equipment replaced. THIS IS DANGEROUS. We have discontinued the use of the machine and is returned it to Amazon.
