The cleanse definitely makes you go multiple times daily. I feel it was a success yet not sure if it cleanses your liver but definitely removes whatever food you ate that day. Follow the directions. I did not follow the diet and would have seen even better results if so. Take the olive oil with juice as recommended.

Firstly, I'd like to say if you're going to do a liver cleanse, this is an excellent choice. I have cancer in my liver, so I knew I'd probably get limited results. This is something that I could expect would have better results the more I do it, perhaps once a month for 3-6 months... The only thing that holds me back is the cost. (priorities, I suppose) Not that it's not worth it for a one-time thing for someone with fewer issues than I have.

Omg my first actual result from a cleanse. I followed the protocol somewhat and still got results. The last day is realy painful like your gonna die but it worked guys! I saw so many gall stones it’s crazy! I just bought the kidney ,parasite cleanse and a binder. Gonna give myself some days before I donate kidney then parasite.

So I followed the diet recommendations and ate only fruits till noon, salad for lunch and salad+protein for the 1st 2 days then just fruits for dinner day 3 and 4 then day 5 only fruits all day ( I ate light salad) , drank that poison potion of Epsom then 2 hours later the olive oil ( that was disgusting and stomach turning) , I went to bed but the taste of that olive oil was in my throat and made me sick , I got up and threw up and felt like I was going to pass out or die ( the cats were circling around me as if they see the angel of death ) , I finally went to sleep and woke up , nothing ... took the 6 pills and still nothing, it's been 9 hours since I woke up and still nothing. I has multiple poop trips but it was all loose ( yuk sorry) then at night I had to go again and that is when I could hear the stones dropping to the bottom of the toilet and for 15 minutes I couldn't pass on of it, I had to get out and eat some watermelon and walk around a bit for that dang stone to pass, boy that was uncomfortable 😅 I'm tempted to do this cleanse one more time but the taste is not so encouraging. I don't believe I lost any weight but I can tell I'm not eating a lot as before. It's a good step to take before starting a diet .
