The polycarbonate tub is thick and sturdy. The lid fits well. I really like the neoprene sleeve. It seems to really keep the heat in. The metal rack is great. It keeps your food submerged and leaves room for water to circulate around it. The design is nice because you can use as many or as few vertical pieces as you need in any position. This is really easy to set up and use.

The tub arrived quickly and well packaged. Read the dimensions, as the pictures make it look larger than it is. That said, it easily held a 4 lb tri tip (my maiden sous vide cook) and you could probably fit a 7 lb rib roast.Apparently, I ordered this after a few beers, because I didn’t realize it comes with a can Koozie style neoprene jacket. It fits tight and certainly helps retain heat.The rack insert feels kind of janky, but I have not tried it yet.Props to whoever wrote the included recipe book, informative, humorous, and easy to read. For the price, I’m pleased with this purchase.

Product arrived exactly as described, all parts present and in excellent condition, easy to assemble and of obviously high quality. It will function perfectly with my Anova appliance, large enough for big roasts, easy to clean and use. The fitted insulation sleeve is a bonus.

This is a great product for your Sous Vide cooker. It helps keep the temperature consistent. Easy to clean and really low maintenance. The only thing I don't like is the metal rack with the two hooks. Not the best design for its application. It can be frustrating working with keeping everything in place as you submerge it into the water container. Otherwise, everything else is great and despite the problem with the rack, I still recommend this entire assembly. The lid functionality, assembly, visibility and sturdiness is very good. The fit is very good.

Works as expected. The insulated cover is nice. Not a lot of room but perfect for steaks.

Great container, and kit, for sous vide! I’ve now used this about a dozen times, and not had any issues with it.The container is a “normal” plastic container, it seems like it will hold up for quite a while.The neoprene cover does seem to allow the water to get to temp and stay there without issue. I honestly have no data that tells me this, but it feels good to have it there!The metal rack that they gave has worked well so far to help keep items submerged and separated. Honestly something I didn’t realize I needed until I got this. Now I can package items individually and keep the water flowing around all of the food.The only down side is that the neoprene cover does have a normal smell for neoprene for about a week and a half. Just let it sit out in the open and the odor goes away. It of course does not impact the flavor or anything as it’s on the outside of the container!While I got this deal on a prime day special, it’s a good kit that gives you what you need to get started…

Great quality at good price. Well pleased.

The price is honestly absurd to me for just a container, but it works well honestly with my Anova sous vide machine. It’s very spacious and I haven’t noticed any damages while using it for regularly for two years. It’s good but I wish the price was a little lower.
