If you need to wake up, be alert and concentrate on something for the entire day then this is a good supplement to try. It has worked very well for me for this purpose.An interesting thing is that after several days of use I now require less sleep to feel fully rested. Usually I have to get a full eight hours otherwise I feel mentally wiped out by the end of the day. With Mindforce I have consistently cut down to 6.5-7 hours of sleep per night with more sleep being unnecessary.
