Best customer service I've dealt with in a long time! I bought two pair for traveling on the airplane and going on vacation for my girls for Christmas. I liked that they could pair the same jacks together and listen to the same thing! Also, the volume control is necessary for young ears. After about 7 months of use, one of my daughters headphones started to get static and only one ear worked. I remembered the guarantee, but I had just thrown out the boxes like a month prior. I was worried that they wouldn't honor it. Finally, I figured I would try. The process was easy! I filled out a form and heard right back. The only additional info they asked for was my proof of purchase on Amazon. They immediately sent two new ones (in the process, I found my other daughters jack was missing...) which was a nice surprise because I thought they would give me a hard time. I'm very pleased. The girls loved decorating with the provided stickers to personalize them, as well.

We had another pair that broke and purchased these. They work great. My 4 year old son loved the stickers that came with it too. He had fun decorating his headphones.

Worked great while they lasted. Didn’t expect much for the price. Plus my kid loves to destroy electronics.

Serial number missing from box. It was removed. Product itself great!

We received these as a gift for our daughter, she loves them, but the cord broke within a month of having them and the stickers didn't stay on. Overall given the option I wouldn't buy these for her again, will be going with a more durable set when we replace these

Works, hasn't died in a couple months of use by a fairly rough youngster!
