As stated in title, the menu and playback is cumbersome and not intuitive as others. Still, the picture is good and the motion sensing is almost too good. Lots of alerts for shadows moving or bushes. The night vision is good. This system is a good place to start I think but if you can spend more or do without eight cameras, get a name brand. For the price however, I am pleased as eight cameras will do nicely.Update: had a camera not focusing and Doris from their customer service EVENTUALLY resolved the issue.

I have purchased more than 3 sets for my self and friends. One installed in my house is working like a charm, no issues! from the day i installed i didn't do any maintenance or anything! whenever i switch on the App or the DVR outlet screen the camera shows you the image.If you are expecting to have long distance from camera to DVR then buy extra cable, mixing with different cables cause grains in the video. So far so good! You get 5MP image! Thats the best for this price range......Will definitely recommend if you are looking for a good quality, user friendly camera in this price range. Go for it

First off I bought the 8 camera system and we have 7 installed at this time. The cameras work great during the day and at night.I have a few issues/problems.1. When installing the cameras you can't turn from the left or right when installing on a flat wall/stucco to capture the are you'd like . The only thing you can do it rotate it which makes the picture sideways.2. the camera cords are too close together so when you need to put one on or work with it you might have to take off others to get to the one you want.3. WARNING:It is nearly impossible to get a hold of customer service. The number listed doesn't work and when you message them they give you a number that is not one you can call from the United States. I don't want to message with someone I want to talk with someone. For this reason I will NEVER buy from this company again. If I didn't already drill through my stucco and we didn't crawl in the attic 7 times I would return them for this reason alone.

I was able to re-use the cables from my original Swann 700 TVL setup. Because of this, installation was a breeze. I used 7/8 cameras. My only complaints are 1. i still can't read license plates from cars (30 feet away). 2. Swann provided a free dyndns server, zosi provides paid dyndns servers. The cheapest is 25/year. I opted to forward ports and manually enter my home's public IP address which may change once a year or longer.I do have higher resolution and more visibility than my old cameras. Amazon had a 40 off coupon so it was a great deal.

It was working fine now it continuously drops the network and I cannot connect from my phone. I have to reboot the system every time and then it still won't connect to my phone

Have had this system up and running for about a week and a half, I chose to install myself, so yes, you can see the wires throughout the house, however, if professionally installed ,or if someone with better manual skills than myself, this should not be an issue....as far as the system itself, it performs beautifully, crystal clear images, high quality night time images, huge 2 tb hard drive so it stores many days worth of video. I also downloaded the android app, and can watch the cameras when away from home...all in all, a very good purchase

Difficult to setup. Phone app complicated. Not user friendly. Picture quality less than what I expected for 1080p.

I like the PIR motion detectors built-in the cameras, They can activate the beeper inside the machine when someone is present. Picture is very nice.
