Great plastic quality. Win 10 easily detects and installs it. It has got very good volume boosting, 30% is enough; so no need to worry of low audio. Not scratchy even at 90% volume. Of course not a 5.1 sound (which anyway I dont need) but outperforms all the so-called 3.1 audio usbs with its durability and performance. No static noise while using it. Combo 3.5 pin is a bonus for using all android headsets and can use mic. Above all very clear with speech and all voice process related techies will love this. Value for money and compact and low price. Super product. Amazon choice, so it is my choice also.

Product came in an unexpected packaging (bigger then the product, loose plastic bag, yet nice and tight. Product seems like a generic usb audio device, however works at charm, no device drivers needed, its plug and play, on my dell latitude windows 10 laptop. Its not Hi-Res, as there are few available, however the sound it good. Stereo is ok, but not great. Sundstage is wide enough to feel separate instruments being played, however it will not blow your mind. The port is a combo-jack which also enables microphone. One can use 3.5mm trs headsets or handsfree with ease. cant comment on the durability as i have been using only for couple of weeks, but within the time frame, it has not disappointed me. Note: when i used it for the first time, in initial day the device got bit hot, but then worked normally. Overall, its a nice product.

Really good product, Exactly as mentioned in product description. My main usage is for team meetings, and it works well as it has its own DAC, Audio is clear and mic is good but the clarity and quality actually depends on your earphone. You can adjust the sound and mic settings under windows settings to your preference. No issues even on virtual desktop. The adapter is built well and the usb type A is sturdy, The 3.5 mm audio port supports all the latest earphones and speakers with mic. Even tough price is on the higher side, you can't complain as this is an imported product and not like the other cheap ones in market that fail to work. Best purchase if you have an old desktop with split ports or a laptop with broken audio port.

The product is waste of money not working at all. And can not be returned. Please do not buy. The device is broken and does not detect my mic at all in pc

good product, not sure if the DAC is doing something but it does the job very well. I managed to break the 3.5mm port on my laptop, so had to use this type of adapter to use it with my 9-1 port expander on a USB port. It was plug and play and running for 10 hours now. I have stereo setup running with towers as the 2 channels. Awesome.

Sound is good it works fine on Ubuntu, but it got mechanical twist as i put my laptop in closet, after that it stopped working. I suspect due to soft material, plastic bends then electrical wire breaks. I didn't return it as i didn't keep is closet in best ways. Other reviews also point to durability, i suspect the root cause is material design

It is a good product , if your laptop microphone is not working. Best in this price range, as most earphones work with it. Other Sound cards, which had two ports ,will only be useful with those headphones, which have two wires : one to speak, one to listen. This sound card's microphone sound is somewhat low, rest no con found. Just plug and play.
