I think that sounds much better than "my poor sleeping habits." 😴 Someone on SM recommended this product. She said it's been a game changer. For me, truer words have never been spoken. It certainly has been a game changer for me! The heavenly aroma of the Bergamot + French Vanilla + Sandalwood is absolutely intoxicating. I was immediately drawn into my pillow and sheets and when I closed my eyes my first thought was that I never wanted to leave where I was. I wanted to be exactly where this scent was which was in my bed with my head on my pillow, eyes closed, on my way to falling asleep. I've slept better these past two weeks than I have in years. Evidenced by my tracker scores! Yay me! For me the scent evoked emotions of being a little girl being loved and cared for by sweet sweet beloved mother. Like I was in comfort of her soft arms. I felt safe and secure and warm and cozy and felt like I didn't have anything to fear or be concerned about. I had no skin irritation at all. I hope you try it and are as pleased with it as I am.
