Versatile, Durable, and Perfect for Every Guitarist — A Must-Have Pick Pack
These picks are exactly what I was hoping for, as they're versatile, durable, and convenient. The assortment of light and medium picks gives plenty of options for different playing styles, from strumming chords to picking intricate melodies. Each pick feels well-balanced and comfortable in hand, with a grip that prevents slipping even during longer sessions. I particularly appreciate the variety included in a single pack. It’s perfect for experimenting to find the pick that suits your playing best, and having extras on hand means you’re never caught without one mid-practice or performance. The material holds up well, maintaining its shape and flexibility even with frequent use. For guitarists of all levels, from beginners to seasoned players, this is an excellent product as it's practical, high-quality, and thoughtfully designed to meet a range of musical needs.

Good Value Pkg for Beginners
This is a great package of picks for beginners/intermediate. 12 light to medium nylon picks come in the package. This is particularly nice for beginning guitarists because those gauge picks are the ones you need. (Heavy gauge pics are usually geared more for PRO players and music that is played with harder strumming.) My particular favorites in this pack are the Dunlop grays. They have gentle RIDGES on the pick that help with thumb/finger hold (especially if your hand gets sweaty. Only reason this pack doesn't get a 5 is the color/design choice. Nothing real flashy or showy here. Also would be nice if Dunlop would have packaged them in some little tin or case to hold them. Barring that, don't be afraid to get these. Good value/nice guitar pics.

This light variety pack of picks make for a great starter set!
2026-03-08. Guitar picks by Jim Dunlop. LT/MD. Variety Pack. This variety pack is perfect for anyone just starting to get into guitar. I actually purchased these for a friend as a gift and she absolutely loves them! This 12 pack includes 6 different picks in two thicknesses; 0.6mm light gauge and 0.73mm medium gauge. The lighter thinner gauge offers more flexibility thus reducing the chance of getting it caught in the strings, and making the learning process smoother. It also reduces string resistance, thus preventing hand fatigue and makes for easier strumming, ideal for the beginner. As you progress, you can move to the medium gauge for more resistance, or if you do a mix of strumming and electric playing. The 6 different picks are as follows are essentially different materials that affect sound: Nylon Standard. These are made from durable, molded nylon. They're more flexible and produce a balanced, warm tone with a bright, consistent attack that is versatile for both electric and acoustic playing. Max-Grip. This is a nylon standard featuring a coarse, cross-hatched grid for a superior, non-slip, and secure grip; ideal if you struggle with dropping your pick, as the sandpaper-like texture prevents slipping. All the nylon standard picks are grey in color. Gator Grip. These picks are made from Delrin/Delrex, a material similar to Tortex but with a, powdery feel and a matte finish. They're designed for superior, non-slip grip; and produce a dark, warm, and beefy, yet articulate tone with a smooth, fast attack due to their molded, beveled edges. Tortex. These are made from a specialized, durable form of Delrin (acetal) engineered to simulate the classic feel and tone of natural tortoiseshell. They are characterized by a matte, textured finish that enhances grip and produces a bright, crisp, and articulate sound with a "snappy" attack. The flexibility of this pick makes strumming chords easier. Fender Celluloid. Made from the original tortoiseshell substitute, these picks offer a flexible, premium feel; and provide a traditional, smooth, and warm, round tone with a snappy attack. A combination of balanced sound and good durability, ideal for various styles, particularly blues and classic rock. These picks are identified by the Jim Dunlop name and initials logo. Ultex. These are made of Ultem, an aerospace-grade polymer. It offers a bright, articulate tone with a sharp, snappy attack. They are known for high, crisp volume, excellent grip, and minimal wear, making them ideal for both fast, precise shredding and acoustic playing. This variety pack doesn't contain any of the heavier gauges, but the variety of materials and grips makes for an excellent beginner set. The picks are easily identifiable by color, texture, and/or visual indicators. The one notable I have is that this just comes in a small bag without any kind of holder to prevent losing them. The good news is that this variety pack retails for $8.39 on Amazon ($10 if you find a place locally) so replacing them won't break the bank!

Dunlop per me fa i migliori plettri. Consigliato
