Great sauce ad a tomato base

So I confess that I tried this tomato sauce after watching a man from Italy living in the USA making pasta on TikTok.I followed his advice and gently warmed the sauce for about 20 minutes only adding salt and pepper. I did add a little sweet cream butter as I did not have olive oil.The product has a great taste and the simple preparation was better than any jarred pasta sauce. Simple tomato taste and quality Italian pasta, that's all you need for a great meal.

Italian's know tomatoes and this product reflects that knowledge. I use this Pasata in preperation of both Sunday Gravy and Ragu and it enriches the tomato flavor of both. That being said, my last order arrived with broken bottles and after contacting the seller, they were immediately replaced. I appreciate this level of customer service and will continue to utilize this product in all of my cooking.

Well considering my order looked like there was a bloody body part inside, I can’t say how the Passata tomato sauce tastes. It said it was a nonrefundable item, but I clicked something re: damaged box/damaged items that hopefully will send me a replacement. Obviously this went straight into the trash!

I have purchased this twice now for low carb recipes. Quality is perfect and shipping was smooth without any problems.

Yes, one was shattered. But, every bottle was wrapped meticulously, just had some bad luck. Odd thing was, shattered bottle was interior on packaging, not on outside. Oh well

Makes absolutely delicious sauce. We used to use canned sauce to make it but using this makes it so much better!
