My son has fine motor delays in this toy is so great. It has really helped him and he can sit and play with this toy and keep himself occupied, which is great. The price is great. The beads are not too small. It’s very functional keeps the kids occupied. I would definitely recommend it.

My toddler absolutely loves this toy. She never uses the lace but she loves to put beads on her fingers or just move them from one container to another. Well materials. Easy to store. Must have!

I gave this set to my 17month old grandson for Christmas. He loves them! The are sturdy, solid wooden pieces. The paint is deeply coated (I don't think they will ever have paint chips coming off) and the hole in the middle is just the right size. The beading strings are sturdy with long enough good plastic ends to lace the string. There are one color of each different shape. (1 blue: square, circle, oval etc....) I think these are a great way to teach children both color and shapes at the same time. As well as helping them to develop their fine motor control skills. We sat on the floor for a long time stringing bead after bead and then emptying the lace, which sounded great on my son's hardwood floors - lol My daughter-in-law sent me a video of my grandson going on a walk through the house dragging his string of beads behind him noisily on those hardwood floors!! Bonus use!! (I was banned from getting a popping popcorn vacuum cleaner for him to push - hahaha) I think these beads will last for generations, they are really well made. All in all it turned out to be a great gift he truly loved and grandma snuck in way for it to be educational too. (They weren't all that too noisy! Just right!!)

We’ve had these lacing beads for a little over a year, and this is one of those simple Montessori-style toys my child always comes back to. When she was younger, she explored the shapes and practiced basic threading. Now she sorts by colors, makes little “bracelets,” and creates patterns — every age uses this set differently. The beads are smooth, bright, and easy for small hands to hold. I rotate toys at home, and every time I bring this one back, she plays with it like it’s new again. A durable, open-ended toy that’s great for fine motor skills, focus, and independent play. Highly recommend.

We love everything about this from color sorting and shape sorting, to stringing them and making necklaces. However, every single time we clean it up, it really bothers me that there isn’t a lid. For it to come in such a nice wooden tray, but not have a lid, is super annoying. The toy itself is great though!

This is really good quality. And beads are very large too which is great for little hands and less worry!

Recommended sensory toy by my son's preschool teacher & honestly huge hit with my almost 3.5 year old! He thoroughly enjoys playing with them, really recommend as a calmer toy/activity especially for a sensory seeking child/neurodivergent. Beautiful quality and great for learning colours and encouraging conversation during a motor skill exploration. Definitely a must for all toddlers!
