It was clearly not. I don’t know how Eaton gets off trying to sell used breakers, especially at new breaker pricing. Very disappointed. Review: Ordered one to replace the other, both having similar issues. - First order: item arrived with the double pole connection piece broken, as well as clear signs of usage on the terminal screws. Was listed as ‘New’, which is not correct. Initiated return, and ordered same item again, assuming that it was a one-time ‘issue’. It was not. Second order: similar lack of packaging caused the breaker to have a piece broken. This breaker is also used, showing similar marks on the terminal screws indicating that these screws were previously tightened.
