Perricone MD No Makeup Lipstick, Original Pink

I"m 51 years old with thin and freckled lips that tend towards dryness. I have tried every lipstick and lip stain under the sun and couldn't seem to find the right texture and color for my features. Honestly, I didn't expect much from this lipstick; however, I love all other Perricone products. This product provides perfect, albeit light, coverage and has a great feel. It is glossy but not sticky and lasts for hours. There was a weird grainy feel the first couple of uses but that seems to just be on the top part of the lipstick. I'm throwing out all my other (expensive!) lipsticks, balms and stains and will use Perricone forever! Only caveat is that it only had one color option. Exceptional!!

I really like this lipstick! I like the case, having the lid screw on means I can toss it in my purse and go without worrying about it coming off and ruining my $30 lipstick! As for the lipstick itself I love the way it feels and looks on my lips. It looks like my lips buy better. I got the greatest compliment ever the first time I wore it. I was telling someone about it and they gasped "You're wearing lipstick?!" This is the first "natural" lipstick that actually looks natural. Easy to reapply throughout the day, though the color has decent staying power considering how light it is. I will be buying again when I finish this tube.

I will purchase again. I love the shade it makes my lips. I tried it first on at the Sephora store and fell in love. I'm so happy I found it on my favorite site Amazon. I will try more Perricone MD products in the future.It has SPF 15 which is important to me. I am very protective against the sun. Most don't know but skin cancer can happen to the lips as well.It feels like a lip balm but looks like a lip tint. It's perfect for my lifestyle.

The color was perfect with my skin tone and minimalist preference. I kept it in my purse at home and work, never left anywhere hot like my car. Less than 1/2 way through the lipstick, one day while applying, the lipstick just fell over because it had become way too soft! I had to keep it twisted all the way down and use a lipstick brush to apply because the consistency became and stayed way too soft to apply like a normal lipstick. I don't know what happened since I didn't leave it in the heat anywhere.

This is a nice product, in a really great case for a lipstick- the top screws down a quarter turn so you won't end up wiping it all over the inside of your handbag, which is good considering the price. I like it a lot, and wish they would make one more that's a wee bit darker. It tends to dry out on your lips after a time, but some chapstick on top will belay that. It does protect your lips, and makes them a tad more even and colorful. I do like this product.UPDATE- by the time the tube was just over half empty it broke off at the base and now it's kind of annoying to use- one has to push the lipstick back down to be sure it doesn't get squashed by the cap, and I have always just advanced it enough to use it, never any more than that. It loses a star for that.

Love this, just a hint of color that left people guessing, I’m a light on the makeup and chapstick type of person so any color is a shock to others for me. This was a very natural enhancement and no more. Perfect for the au natural types that want a slight boost to their daily look.

This product is very pretty if you want a barely-there, fresh look. This won't give you a super polished look, but it's not made to. This has some sheen to it, so I'm also use it over lipstick sometimes if I want a more satin-y look. It goes on with a berry tint but fades quickly to a lighter, more natural color.

I don’t wear makeup anymore, save tinted lip balms and soft blonde brow powder. I’m fair and have extremely pink skin, which is what this color is marketed for. The main disadvantage to this is that it dries my lips out in less than an hour. I was drawn to it cuz I liked the concept of anti aging to lip lines (I smoke cough cough) and am a sucker for lightly tinted lip products with spf. The color was also not as described; it is SO warm and orangey almost - for fair skin?.??. I could totally get past that as it does translate not TOO orange on my face, and it IS a sheer wash of color, but it sucks the moisture out of the lip! If you try to reapply constantly it is worse - dries out the lips more with each application!!!!! It has a pretty and classy tube that screws on. That’s the only plus I can think of, but neither me nor anyone else buys stuff for the presentation! Matte lip stains are less drying than this (which I used to wear with a full face of makeup all in my 30s, I’m 41 now).

Very natural-looking colour but it can easily be built up. It has a lovely soft sheen and after blotting, it really lasts. Definitely a "your lips, but better" lipstick.

Bel colore, molto morbido ma purtroppo il colore sulle labbra e l'idratazione durano poco. A mio parere un prodotto troppo sopravvalutato.

Untuoso e hidratante. Acabado natural. El no pintalabios tal cual. Muy agradable y color muy natural. La presentación del bote es bonita hay que hacerse con el cierre para que no se abra.

Such a beautiful natural colour for my mature skin... very moisturizing too :) It has a delicious vanilla/caramel scent but no flavor... similar to MAC. I love it!
