Happy that this product tastes great, feels good in the mouth, and relieves throat tickles. And-- according to label-- uses Sucralose sweetener. Only criticism: the cough drop wrapper messages e.g., "tough it out," "change can do to can did," and on and on, can be improved. Current wrapper messages are unnecessarily repetitive: even I can come up with 1000s of funny 2-5 word messages.

I have a CPAP machine and I take one of these when I go to bed and when I get up in the morning, They keep my throat from being dry and they are very rerfreshing.

A pleasant flavor the helps keep my sinuses clear.
