Great machine!
The media could not be loaded. The product overall is exactly as described. It rotates clockwise and counter clockwise depending every few switches on which is great! The only complaint I have is that I feel it’s slightly at a down angle when the cups are paced on machine. I’m working on adjustments to mine now but a great product for the price!!

Be prepared to modify this... Read my review for details
Well, first I'll talk about the good:The rod fits onto the turner peg fairly well. Albeit some wiggle room. The motor works even though it gets warm. Sturdy metal frame. All parts were present. Fast shipping with a tracking #!Now onto the bad:This thing had to be constantly monitored with the foam insert because it kept unraveling/expanding back and uncoiling from the rod, even with a tumbler on it. A couple of hours into the epoxy process, after fighting it and trying several methods to keep the tumbler turning stable, I made the mistake of trusting the machine. Don't do that. I came back to a tumbler fallen off the Turner, the foam uncoiled and also off the Turner.I went and got a foam football, cut off the spinner tail, electrical tape wrapped it to the rod and am currently praying that my cup isn't ruined from the epoxy disaster. And also having to scrub epoxy off my hands because of the handling of the overturned tumbler. The best thing about this is not having to wire a motor to a set up yourself. This item should be at LEAST $5-10 cheaper than it is because you have to buy or find supplies to modify the machine for the basic purpose you bought it for. Very disappointing.

DO NOT BUY! HORRIBLE!
DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY THIS TRASH! This purchase was a complete waste of time. I needed it to complete an order and it never worked. One of my cups fell off! It came with ZERO INSTRUCTIONS AND WITH A BAND THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO HOLD THE CUP! HORRIBLE! The only pleasurable part of this process was the ease of the return. If I could have stomped it to pieces then returned it would have made me feel better!

The seller stood by their product and made things right with me and I greatly appreciate it.
I turned one cup....a plastic one...for eight hours...the cup was light and there was no undo stress on the turner, but as I was working on another project next to the turner, I heard a soft pop, saw a small spark and tiny puff of smoke and the turner stopped...and yes, before someone tries to say power surge or something, I had it plugged into a surge protector power strip and the only other thing plugged into it was my phone charger. Soooo I don't know what exactly happened. I contacted the seller and they agreed to send me a used one that was still in great condition. I said, as long as it works like it should then that's fine. Well they ended up sending me a slightly used one AND a new one..... I would say that's the seller taking care of the customer and I am thankful. I do believe that there is a design issue as the motor is enclosed in a metal case and there is no ventilation for motor cooling. I would think some holes drilled into the housing to allow some air flow would be a good move to help protect the motor.

Doesn't evenly support weight of cups
When I first got this turner I was new and thought that this is how all cup turners were. I recently just bought two others and it is a world of difference!! This cup turner doesn't support the weight evenly of even a 20oz cup so there are always thicker parts no matter how even you try to get it, ive had cups fall off because you legit have to try to tape the cup on due to weight issues and causing it to dip down and be uneven. Idk if maybe I just got a bad one or what but am definitely not happy with this turner. I have only used this turner for 20 oz cups (and once a 30 oz) I almost always have to redo the ones on this turner

Worked good for a bit
I've only had this turner for a few months and now it's always had a bit of a knocking noise when it turned, nothing alarming but it'd knock every once in a while. I used smaller cups, not a big deal.Today it starts squealing, like a metal on metal squeal.I purchased a wood turner for a few bucks more and will be purchasing another one to replace this metal turner. Would only recommend if you're using small small cups. Also you need to purchase like a football or something to use with it because the red foam is a joke.

Squeaks So Bad it's unusable
I really liked this turner but I have only used this turner a handful of times but I am no longer able to use it as it puts out such a high pitch squeak that makes my dog shake any time I turn it on. I have looked for ways to contact this company and even went through amazon's customer service to get assistance but there is no contact information. If the seller could help me with the squeaking, I think this turner would be much better!

Noisy
The media could not be loaded. This particular model is very noisy and squeaky. Very annoying but it turns in both directions and I It got my tumbler done. It's not leveled and the foam that came with it is useless. I had to use foam from another cup turner. I regret buying this. Did I say noisy and cup points in a downward direction. Not good quality at all. They just threw this turner together. Trash can
