Extra Strength Melatonin Sleep, Blackberry Zen, 50 Gummies (Pack of 2)

We'd been trying several recommended sleep aid supplements. Some left you groggy in the morning. Others didn't produce deep sleep. This one seems gentle (it doesn't knock you out), helps induce deep sleep, and doesn't leave one groggy in the morning. It also doesn't seem to produce dependency: meaning, we don't need to increase the dose to make it work over time. I take just one (not the recommended 2) 30 min. before sleep. It works

I have fairly serious insomnia. I didn't realize this until recently. I have been taking a antihistamine at night to help with sleep and it works but not completely. This works as effectively if not more so than the antihistamine. I will purchase again. Be warned, if you take this during the day you WILL get tired. I did that once and had to take a nap within 30 minutes and basically ended up sleeping the whole day. So don't take until you are basically ready for bed.

This is the best melatonin product I’ve had so far. I take one 5mg tab before bed and sleep greatly; with other brands I usually take 10mgs for the same effect. Flavor could be better (quite sweet). The gummies are quite chewy but that’s ok

I just eat them out of habit now. With the muscle recovery melatonin. 2 of these and 1 of the other. 🥹

I love these. I take them every night. I've been taking them for over a year. Sometimes I do 3 and I fall asleep like a baby. And they taste really good too.

These gummies work great for me. I've tried other brands that did not work. The amount of melatonin in them is just the right amount and I feel the other ingredients help.

I have the WORST insomnia. I’ve been prescribed ambien for years to the point it doesn’t even work anymore. Nothing works. Except this. THIS WORKS. I fall asleep fast and wake up refreshed without the groggy feeling. I love the taste of them- almost too much. Highly recommend!
