Please follow this way to change the units: 1.turn off the thermometer 2. hold the button for about 3-5 seconds, a beep will be sound, and the screen will flash with"lo" and the unit is changes.3.you can test your temperature now.

I can’t download the app? says it’s not available in the u.k.? what other apps can i use?

I’m in the UK and was able to download the Femometer app onto my iPhone 8 with no issues. Have you tried again recently? I did notice that a couple of other sponsored apps appeared before the Femometer app on the search results, and nearly downloaded the wrong one at first. It’s called Femometer and the logo is pink with the same symbol on it that’s on the thermometer. It also has ‘EU’ in the lower right corner, in blue.

No, there was a one-off fee to purchase the thermometer, and there is a free app you can download to record the temperatures. I believe you can pay an additional fee to access certain features in the app, but it provides plenty of information for free. Or you can just use the thermometer as it is and not use the app at all.
