This is amazing for moisturiser and detangle and has that subtle feel that protein leaves on hair probably because the ingredients are more natural it's not too rubbery but my hair looked fabulous after and was so easy to detangle. Well worth the purchase!

Nice conditioner with enough slip and softness for my 4c hair and price on par with the shops. I know people complain of the thickness, but my hair is fine and on the thinner side and loved it. It really does give very very very nice definition when applied. Just a small pot for the price, so not moved enough to convert from my shea intensive masque, manuka conditioner. This has a very light protein content, the protein is way down on the ingredient list (hydrolysed veg protein compared to the intensive masque which has hydrolysed rice protein)..so if you need a proper protein treatment don't be moved by this branding. Get the proper stuff..like an aphogee treatment (for example) or see your hairdresser : ). The other ingredients like Yoghurt and boab are nice though. In truth, I didn't need it when I got it...so don't spend more money if you have something that works, unless you just fancy another option. 4* because I don't know why shea bothered to put 'protein power' in the title. If you don't have a good conditioner already...this really is great for the hair.

Absolutely fantastic stuff. I mixed this with two other products but I have a strong feeling it would work well on its own. I love how thick this product is!! Some hair masks tend to melt too much with the heat from your scalp but this stuff held on for an hour without running down my face and into my eyes. It smells amazing too. Definitely recommend if you need to repair your hair

I have fine, thick, 1-2a type hair. This leaves it so soft that I can't leave it alone, and the product smells so good that I have to stop myself from eating it :)

Made my dry thick curly hair feel so much thinner and softer, love it. Has a nice smell too.I did find I had to use quite a lot though so I don't think it will last very long which is shame for the price

Made my hair really soft. I’ve tried many things including other shea moisture products but this worked. Lovely smell too
