I keep taking these, but all I get is heartburn. I'm maybe stupidly hopeful they will do something eventually. The info the company linked me to after I purchased is daunting. The diet they suggest is so far out in left field, that I doubt many embrace it. Trust me, it's hardcore. This was a cheap enough gamble for a month, but I really question the positive reviews.

Very disappointed at myself and this useless product. I have been taking this supplement for several months now and since the start I didn't feellike it was making much of a difference but because I looked around a lot for probiotics and had specific criteria I wanted, along with the good reviews I decided to try these for a while to see if it would help me with my stomach issues. At first when I started taking them I thought it was slightly improving my upset stomach (it must have been a placebo effect) because the longer I was taking them the less difference I noticed with my stomach health. All of the ones I received were manufactured in Feb 2015 and when I asked about it, they said it was good for 2 years past the date. I have probably ordered over 20 plus bottles since the start. So now here is where the real disappointment kicks in I should've known but just realized there is a way you can check the potency of probiotics with milk and when I did the test nada, zilch, zero reaction overnight with these pills. I keep all the bottles new and open in the refrigerator so it can't be due to hot weather. I am glad at least I found out about the test before my wife was going to place another order and since I order few at a time now I am stuck with several useless bottles of this stuff. Now I plan on buying another product and checking it out before being persistent in trying to improve my stomach health. Stay away from this product and if you don't trust my review go ahead, buy it and google search the milk test on it. My fault for spending all that money on something they claim is laboratory tested, I just hope I have not been taking garbage for the past several months. If the test has to be done in an oxygen free environment than why do other probiotics react just as they should? Just a quick update on my search for probiotics I have found a great brand that turned the milk into yogurt just as it should and am excited to take it and improve my stomach health!

Taking Doctor’s Choice probiotics on a regular basis has definitely improved my overall health in a number of ways including better energy, less constipation, and less bloating. I have been taking this for over a year now. Due to thyroid issues, I have struggled for years with constipation. I no longer have that issue after adding Doctor's Choice to my daily supplements.

Had to return it as I became quite ill.

This is the best probiotic I have ever used. Things are so normal and regular since I started it ;)
