Great protein bar best of the Quest
Quest products in general are some of the best and most healthy snacks and protein treats and low-carb that you can get if you’re watching your weight and you need a quick snack or pick me up they’re great actually I eat these like a dessert because they’re like better than any candy bar out there in much healthier. I think this is probably my favorite out of all the quest bars for a couple reasons. The taste is great and it doesn’t have 170 cal were some of their products have a little bit more like maybe 200 to 10 but almost everything they have is lower than competitors that have anywhere from 275 to 300 and something calories you really have to be careful when you’re getting protein bars or health bars or whatever you want column because they’re not all good for you.
