I am a DIY person whenever I can save money. I live in Florida and have a boat dock in my back yard. Every 2-3 years I power wash the entire deck and seal the wood decking. I saw negative reviews about this product with previous customers claiming the product was milky and did not apply well. Some thought the product was bad. I can tell you I bought 2 cans of this product because I trust the brand name Thompson’s Water Seal. Yes, the product was a milky consistency coming out of the can. I used a pressure sprayer to spread the product. It applied milky, but quickly penetrated the wood decking and dried clear, giving my boat dock a beautiful finish. I don’t understand the reviews complaining about the product. I am a very satisfied customer and will use this waterproofing sealer again. Well worth the cost and the brand did not disappoint.

This is a great waterproofing product, I have used it before and as always it's working great. Unfortunately Amazon did a very poor packaging job and it got heavily dented and disformed in shipping. All they did was put a little paper packing in the Box, no bubble wrap, or soft packing to prevent the gallon can from tossing around in the oversized box. The metal gallon container was so heavily damaged I wanted to return it, but needed to use it right away.

When receiving item, the can was bent half way itself. The one can was in a huge box, so I didn’t understand why was the can bent so bad, the box perfectly shaped. And when open the can it looked like sour milk. Went ahead any shakes it up. Really good, and it still poured out clumps, used it anyway, and I should not of have. My deck been sticky for days now
