It will give you back maybe an inch of downward travel which may help the ride quality if you see a lot of dirt in your daily commute, but otherwise there's not much value in reindexed UCAs with our kit **Q: Do you uninstall the stock blocks ?** A: Yes, you do not want to stack blocks, the ones in the kit will provide the height you need for leveling with the front of the truck. **Q: Will this fit a 2000 Z71 Tahoe?
