ERP WB03K10303 Burner Knob

These knobs were very nice, and would have been perfect if I had bought the right ones. I was making a shot in the dark, and I missed. :) My cooktop is 11 years old, and I didn't know exactly what knobs I needed. When I received them and they didn't fit, I contacted the company. They asked for the serial number from the stove to see if they can find the correct parts, so I gave it to them. Very shortly, they sent a message saying they can't get the knobs I need, but gave me the correct part numbers and offered a refund for the ones I bought. THIS is what customer service is supposed to be in this world. It's so rare on Amazon anymore, and I appreciate it very much. Unfortunately, I can't get stainless knobs for my cooktop, but that's my fault, not this company's. Keep in mind that these reviews include people like me who order the wrong thing, but then they're rude enough to give a low review just because the part doesn't fit their cooktop. How is that the seller's fault?!

I had the same issue as a previous reviewer--although the knob technically fits on the bit that attaches to the stove, it juts out much more (about a centimeter or so) than the original knobs. This isn't a huge issue for functionality (it works just fine) but its a bit of an eyesore and might pose potential cleaning problems (looks like food or grease could easily fall into the gap). Its also slightly shinier than the original knobs, though this might just be a function of the original knobs dulling from use.If you're finicky about fit or appearance, I'd skip these and buy direct from GE.

This is just like the original GE burner knobs. It matches perfectly. Unfortunately it didn't work for me because I needed the knob for controlling the lower oven. It looks exactly the same but the fitting in the back is different. The seller was nice enough to let me return this one.

I bought these to replace the plastic that were on the my GE stove. GE wanted $55. for four and that was with a discount. These are good looking, work exceptionally well and of course the price was a saving.

Exact match to replace a broken one on our stove. Received quickly and at a much lower price then buying directly from the manufacturer.

Exactly as described, however, I thought these were expensive for plastic items.

It fit my stove and works well at a fraction of what GE charges.

No, the knobs didn't fit so I returned them promptly...waiting for a refund.
