Blendtec 90 oz WildSide+ Jar - Replacement Kitchen Blender Jar - Compatible with All Blendtec Blenders - 36 oz Blending Capacity - Clear

I have had a Blendtec blender for about 14 years. It is the HD Commercial unit. Well the bearings in my old blender cub finally wore out and had gotten pretty noisy. Also the old jars the bearings were not very well sealed and water could easily into the bearing assemble. I just received my new jar and used it for the first time today. The first thing I noticed with the new jar was the bearings were very well sealed and does not appear to allow water or liquids to enter into the bearing assembly. The blade shaft was also very tight with a tighter tolerance then older jar(s). After a close eyeball inspection I was ready to put it to use. I have to say the noise level was Greatly Diminished compared to the old jar(s) that came with the blender. In fact I could not get over just how quiet the new blade assembly is compared to the old one. Another issue I had with the old blender cups was the fact the lid never fit properly and liquids would creep out of top of the jar while blending. Also there was no center hole in which to add additional ingredients while blending. Well Blendtec seems to have fixed all that with the new covers as well. I am very happy with the new blender cups and would recommend them to anyone who has owned a Blendtec blender for many years and is still using the original blender cups. If I had known a while ago Blendtec had these new cups available I would have not waited until my old cups finally wore out. FYI: I stared with the 44oz and 32oz cups. I first wore out the 32oz cup then the 44oz one. I only ordered the 44oz replacement due it can do everything the 32oz cup can do. After seeing and using the 44oz cup I plan on ordering the 32oz soon and then ordering their newest cup "Twister Jar" I hope this helps out with your decision making process.

I make bigger smoothies every night than I intend, because it is deceptive how gargantuan this thing is! I love my smoothies, so this is fine. I never get tired of them: 1 banana fill to 12 oz with orange juice 1/4 - 1/2 cup organic hemp seeds from Amazon (this is an essential ingredient-everyone thinks there is cream in the smoothie) 1 teaspoon of real vanilla fill too high with frozen wild blueberries, or other frozen fruits like blackberries, strawberries, etc. some cranberries or cranberry concentrate Turn the blender on high, and then give it 4 stars. Even 3 might be fair, because the engineers at Blendtec just don't want to admit that to make a really great smoothie you need a tamper, one designed not to get ground up in the blades. With the above recipe, after 15-20 seconds, there will be a nice air pocket in your smoothie and your jet engine powered blender will spin at its jet engine speeds until you take it off the moter and shake the jar. Put it back and blend another 50 seconds, and maybe you have to repeat this several times until your neighbor comes banging on your door. When your kid opens the door and the neighbor comes in, finding you in the kitchen wearing the hearing protectors you bought right here on Amazon, it is pretty embarrassing. "Really?" is the quote from my annoyed neighbor's reaction. This jar will make a great smoothie, but the more you annoy your neighbor, the tastier it and more like good ice cream it will be. 4 stars, sorry Blendtec. It will blend, but only after I shake the jar up manually several times!

I bought a Blendtec blender 7 years ago.. I liked it, didn't truly love it. I use a blender every day but found that not everything got blended all the time. I use it mostly for smoothies and to make soups A few weeks ago, the blade in the jar (Wildside jar as well) got loose and broke off. I decided to give it one more try and order a new Wildside jar instead of spending a lot of money on another blender. Now the jars are not cheap either, so I kept fingers crossed. I have been using the blender with the new jar for a little over 2 weeks now and it is a world of difference as compared with the older version of the jar. Blender works perfectly. Is much quieter than it has ever been and blends absolutely perfectly. Maybe I got a defective one when I bought the whole blender, I will never know. I am just happy to be able to use my Blendtec, and better than before. I do like the new lid design as well. I kept the old lid, just in case, but this seems to work much better and leaks less.

買ってから十二年経ったブレンダーカップの軸部分が劣化して抵抗が強くなり、軸部分が摩耗して熱を持つようになったため買い替えました。 本体部分は軸受けの摩耗もないため全く問題ありません。 少々値は張りましたし海外からの輸入のため時間はかかりました。その点で☆1つマイナスですが、概ね満足です。 また十年は頑張ってくれることでしょう。

Muy bueno llego en tiempo y forma, blendtec es de mucha calidad esperaba algo igual a lo que adquirí cuando compre la licuadora pero realmente mejoraron el vaso se ve y se siente mejor que el original. Por cierto que el original me duró 5 años +- y este espero me dure mas

This is a really, really big improvement over the original jug that came with the Blendtec - yes, it's expensive but it's perfect in almost every way; superb fit (no looseness on the blender, sits snug); much quieter; much easier to clean because of the larger size (the original used to scrape my fingers when getting in with the cleaning pad, doesn't happen with this one); much larger size so much larger smoothies and, most especially, whatever material it's made from, it is much cleaner looking and feels so much better to the touch, almost as if it's antibacterial in some way (perhaps it is?) Water just runs off it. If you've been thinking of getting a new jug for your Blendtec, don't hesitate, just get this one (and btw, I hesitated for several months...went so far as to glue the seal on the previous jug with araldite to try avoid shelling out £100 for a jug...but it wasn't cool to see the black stuff coming into my smoothies as the remaining rubber seal started to deteriorate and with smoothe going all over the place...!) Anyway, highly recommend this item

I bought this "jar" because the one my Blendtec came with, was too small. I can't really say if the Wildside Jar is really so much more efficient. Maybe at a later date?!
