Definitely a heavy duty case
I have this case for my Samsung A70 phone.The case is as described. It screws down along the perimeter; six in total.The case is strong and the dust plugs, one for the charging port and one for the headphone jack, both fit perfectly.As a suggestion, when you screw the case together, screw it so the screws are just tight then give them a quarter of a turn back. This avoids the screen pushing too much against the phone screen.The case comes with the custom hand screwdriver and mine had three spare screws. Keep the screwdriver safe, mine is with the ejector pin in the original Samsung phone box.Unfortunately the glass screen on the case has some fine scratches which run vertically along the middle of the glass. Doesn't cause an issue while the phone is on but is visible when the phone screen is off. There is no need increase the touchscreen sensitivity.If the case was in perfect condition I'd have given it a 5 star rating.

Cant use
The case is great the only thing wrong is when my phone is in the case it won't scan my diabetes sensor which I have to do 8-9 a day for that I'm not happy so I can't use the case a little disappointed as its £23 wasted 😔

Read this before buying
Amazing case, very tough if you're accident prone like me. Only issue I have found is that the screen protector is starting to come off due to being dropped a few times which causes typing to be more difficult as it makes part of the screen less responsive. I'm going to try and fix it otherwise I will have to buy another case.

Well, yes its bulky I expected that. The bit I didn't expect was that it isn't actually metal... plastic, so I hope it does actually protect my phone. I wouldn't buy it again knowing it's not metal. Perhaps update your details about the case as it's wrong.
