Can this be used to tow a vehicle down the road as well as tow a vehicle out of a ditch?

I have use it to tow a vehicle about 2 miles and it did great.

I have purchase a 6600# working with a 10,000 breaking strap. The hook is small and quite thin compaired to tow straps rated simular. Will this work
