PROS:* Delicious. All of KetoLogic's BHB drinks are delicious.* Powder makes mixing easy (but also messy if you're not careful).* Great variety including a few with caffeine.CONS:* The beverage can seem a bit pricey, but a single container lasts a long while. Additionally, I buy several so I can rotate. Given what these do, I think it is worth it, however.Use:I take my dogs for their morning walk (1 mile to 3 miles) or a morning bike ride (~5 miles) to start my day. When I return I mix up one of these beverages and pour over ice for a refreshing cool down. I also enjoy a beverage after weekly yardwork or after spending time in the garage working on projects. Though I'm already fat adapted, these drinks let me carry on my day and help to keep to my lifestyle by providing some (exogenous) ketones, a shot of caffeine (though caffeine in general has inconsistent effects on me), and also helping me stick more or less to my fasting intervals. I've tried other brands, but they all have some weird chalky after taste or film on the top after shaking. These drinks don't. THEY ARE REFRESHING AND DELICIOUS.

I have been using this for about a week. I have a low carb lifestyle. I try to keep under 30 carbs. Not extreme just mindful. I have been using this for when I need a kick or feeling hungry. It is easy to stir. I like it best with very cold water. If you like blueberries then you will like the taste of this. It has a tart blueberry sweet taste. I love the taste. It gives me a little energy and helps curb my appetite . Instead of running to a bakery, I run to this. Lol. I included pictures of the labels too for anyone like me. I must read all the labels. Try it! I am definitely a fan.

This stuff is too sweet. I put 1/4 scoop to a 24 oz. cup of water, otherwise it is not palatable at all. Other than that I like the flavor.

This works! I notified a huge improvement in results when taking this. It does have a caffeine kick so don’t take too late in the day. Drink slowly. I drank first one too fast and had the jitters. Also the flavor isn’t bad. Not great but not bad. I added some powder flavoring and that improved my daily dose

Flavor is a bit strong and takes some getting used to. I used the max amount of water with two scoops and this worked best for me. Also works great with weight loss, appetite control and energy. Note, I'm using this in addition to higher protein food choices and moderate exercise.

I’ve tried MANY different brands of BHB exogenous ketones with my favorite being from a popular MLM company but their prices are absolutely outrageous and I do not like the business practices of MLM companies. KetoLogic is the only brand that compares with flavor and their way under half the price of the MLM brand! With KetoLogic, the perfect amount for my taste is one scoop to 18-20 ounces of water. I’ve purchased and loved these flavors: Blueberry Acai, Orange Mango and Patriot Pop. Only thing I’d like to see KetoLogic do is offer more flavor options.

Not great…Taste was definitely not good. It was like chalk and dry. It did not do what it was suppose to do. To sum it all up it usually more expensive than the deal I got and I wouldn’t even get it if it was even cheaper. This was just bad!
