Bessey G16H 16cm Lever Clamp Capacity

I bought this clamp as I have a simular one for a good number of years and I said I'd treat myself to another one. There are three main advantages this design of clamp has over an ordinary G clamp.1. They are a far stronger clamp, if you have to clamp pieces of timber or steal together very tightly together a G clamp can and do buckle and you end up with a clamp that's out of line and fit for the bin.2. They are far quicker to attach and detach.3. They takes up far less space when attached especially on wider pieces of material

Trade quality, really easy to use and very tough!!! Bessey is a trade brand that is worth every penny, use it to weld tow hitches for tractor/trailers, will never go back to other cheaper brands, they just don't last. This is so fast to use with a ratchet system that won't be ruined by weld spatter.

My dad is a welder and i brought 2 of these for him after a couple of the smaller ones he has had for about 15 years started to give up after a very hard life. Compared to some other clamps they might seem a bit expensive but if you have used them then you will know they are worth every penny. They are a very straight forward easy to use design and work brilliantly, they can hold real big amounts of weight and apply more than enough pressure. If you're thinking about buying them, do it! You won't be sorry,

Fabulous clamps. Very fast to use and with a very high clamping force of up to 8,000 Newtons or 800kg in real money. Watched a YouTube video of a guy explaining that these were his favourite woodworking clamps and now I have some I can see why. Great for clamping material to a bench top or similar. Would be of limited use for a glue-up on wider work but that's not their intended use. Very nicely made and finished.

Very high quality but very heavy duty so weight is one downside

Brilliant bit of kit, no problem with loosening under vibration from power tool work, once cranked up don’t move!!

I bought the Bessey 30cm clamps for working on pipe and steel fabrication. These clamps work very well. They are an excellent choice for anyone in the fabrication industry in particular steel fabrication. The clamp ratchet lever locks up the work piece very securely. All in all a great purchase.

「石材・鉄工」用などと書いてあるだけに、重くてがっしりして、最初は木工使用に抵抗がありました。でも、ワンタッチで、本当にソフトに、段々にラチェットが締まっていき、使い心地のいい製品です。赤いハンドルを握るというか、片手では握れないので、押さえると、柔らかくじわっと確実に締まっていきます。値段は高いですが、それなりに性能は良いと感じました。サイズ３０㎝とわずかなら、締め付けできます。さっそく使いましたが、３寸角の短い杉材をしっかり固定できて、手ノコでも、縦引きにも横引きにも、安心して使えました。ふところが大変に広くて、楽々と固定できます。でも重いので誤って落とすとあぶないと思います。ジャーマニーの刻印がありますが、決してベッセイの値打ちを落とすような軽い品物ではありません(^^。メルケル首相のドイツ製、Wunderbare Bundeskanzlerin Merkel、頑張って欲しいと思います。

Cette presse combine une puissance de serrage énorme à une grande facilité d'utilisation : l'effort pour serrer est minime, on peut la serrer d'une sule main après l'avoir positionnée, elle est facile à desserrer. Attention à la puissance de serrage, on peut facilement écraser une pièce ou la marquer si elle est tendre. La robustesse est à toute épreuve. J'ai une de ces presses depuis quelques années, je l'apprécie beaucoup; je n'en avais acheté qu'une car c'est assez cher mais ça les vaut, j'ai pris celle-ci pour avoir une paire, ce qui est souvent fort utile. Assez lourde.

Ich habe eine Zwinge zum verleimen von Holz gesucht. Allerdings hab ich meine liebe Not mit den Dreh/Schraubdingern. Allerdings war ich immer der Meinung, gut Pressdruck aufbauen schaffen nur Schraubzwingen.Dann bin ich ueber diese Hebelzwingen gestolpert und die Angabe von 8500N klingen schon fast unglaublich.Hab mir jetzt ein paar davon gekauft und tatsächlich: mit zwei Finger bauen die soviel Druck auf, dass das Holz knirscht. Also weit mehr als notwendig.Keine Ahnung wofür die wirklich konstruiert wurden aber zum Verleimen leisten sie mehr als genug. Kann ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Auch fuer den Hobbyisten. Denn sooo teuer sind sie auch wieder nicht.
