Very good product. Have used this for years and years. Have always been happy with coconut taste and use in numerous recipes. You can make it taste stronger or weaker……it’s up to you and your personal taste.

I very much like the fact that this product can be used in so many different ways. It can be mixed with water to make coconut milk or coconut cream, be added to a curry in powder form before serving and can also be added to sweet dishes including biscuits and cakes etc. When only a small amount is required , it’s much more economical than coconut milk in cans.

I like to use this as ddon't have to open a tin when only needing a small amount to flavour a curry or add to rice, also great in that you can make it to the consistency that suits the dish, flavor is good and keeps well in an air tight container.

Much preferred over the blocks of creamed coconut because this produces a smooth texture whereas the blocks add a gritty coconut texture and have a proportion of coconut oil in them, too. More convenient than buying tins of coconut milk as you can just use as much powder as needed. Tastes great in any dishes requiring coconut milk. It's great that you can adjust the amount to taste. So, so convenient to have in the cupboard. A packet goes a long way. All good!

Might have to use More than recommended, then it becomes much better.

The best coconut powder for cooking and thick.

I love this coconut powder above all others and can’t get in the shops near where I live. Was appy to see on Amazon for a reasonable price, not happy with use by date though. Arrived today, use by the beginning of September. A little over 3 months. Really wish they’d put a guide to the use by date in the listing.
