Aleppo Chilli Flakes - Pul Biber - 75g

Exquisite genuine Aleppo chilli taste and flavour. Medium hot, just right. Very reasonably priced. I’m adding to most recipes, meat, chicken and vegetarian.

Repeat order. I use a lot of this when cooking Turkish inspired food and have implemented into many others as I like the subtle flavours. Quick delivery, arrived a day earlier than estimated. Have ordered many products from this company and they have always been great quality.

I really love these spices but be sure that you have a jar to keep them in. This is the only problem, you need to find a container which may not be a problem for you. Good product tho'

On time and fresh (sealed in bag). Decent price and good flavour to the chillies.

Find these hard to find sometimes so bought a bigger pack at a good price. Add great flavour.

We have started eating an increasing amount Middle Eastern and Persian dishes which are beautifully spiced . Recently We needed Pul Biber chilli for a particular lamb recipe and could not find it , except on Amazon. Very prompt despatch by the vendor . Very mild and delicate chilli . Delightful dish . Great service .

Just as described good taste and value for money

Good value for money as a packet lasts a long time, even though I use it frequently in my cooking. Hotter than black pepper, but not as hot as, say, bird-eye chillis. (Although it's not actually pepper at all, it's made from seedless chillis.)
