This Waterproof Garden Storage Box with Lockable Lid has been a useful addition to my garden. The plastic wood effect gives it a stylish look that blends well with my outdoor decor. The aluminium hinges and lockable lid provide added security and durability, making it perfect for storing garden tools, cushions, and other outdoor items. However, the bottom is not as sturdy as I had hoped. It tends to flex a bit under heavy loads, which is something to keep in mind depending on what you plan to store. Despite this minor flaw, the 190L capacity is ample, and it effectively keeps everything dry and protected from the elements. Overall, it’s a great addition to my garden for organizing and protecting my belongings. With a bit more reinforcement at the bottom, it would be perfect.

I bought this item as a dry place to receive deliveries in our garden when we are out. Having received and built it I have very mixed feelings about it. Firstly the description is misleading, it DOES NOT HAVE aluminium hinges, they are polythene, with a polythene hinge-pin. Only the stays are metal. The hasp is also polythene, so any lock would only ever deter a three year old. The sides are about 1mm thick plastic, and could easily be broken into or simply cut open with a knife or sharp tool. The base is of the same material as the sides, with a single support bar across the centre and is very insubstantial, so could soon break if used for storing metal edged tools. The sides clip together and are butt joined so are not water proof. On the positive side, it is very easy to put together and very roomy. The lid is moulded and therefore quite strong, though obviously not load bearing, so as warned by the manufacturer, it can't be sat on. It is also very light when empty, so will need to be anchored or full, if left in the wind. I used the inner supplied base to draw an outline onto a piece of 9mm marine ply, which I inserted on top of the plastic bottom to strengthen it, and I also used silicone sealer to seal the seams. Overall, I would say that it is a usable product, but with some pretty big security and strength issues and is over-priced for something so flimsy.

Flimsy item and extremely thin bendy plastic which is fiddly to put together. Buy a better quality with hard plastic, not this cheap rubbish.

Great for patio equipment, tools and gardening stuff. The design is simple and effective. No tools required for assembly, just some 3 dimensional patience. Expressly not designed for sitting on, it is sturdy enough and effectively cross-braced. Weather tight from the top but with ventilation or potential exposure from the bottom corners, I plugged each gap with wine corks. These also served to raise the box just slightly off the patio. No so weather tight that boots would not be damp and cold if stored there in winter.

Great for storage and yes it is waterproof which is the main thing. Relatively easy to put together
