Frida Mom 2-in-1 Postpartum Pads, Absorbent Perineal Ice Maxi Pads, Instant Cold Therapy Packs and Maternity Pad in One

I didn’t have ANY tears after pushing my 7 pound baby out, but my entire bottom (perineal area) was STILL sore for atleast 3-4 weeks postpartum. Please buy these, I purchased them twice in the same postpartum time frame. It gives your bottom area a cold shock, and it numbs the area with chilling effect from front to back (size: they are long). The cool effect doesn’t last all day, and you don’t want to keep same one on for long period of time, but they work wonders. So if you believe you will deliver through V area, buy these. Even if you don’t end up using them, they’ll make an amazing gift for someone else.

The Frida Mom postpartum pads are exactly what I needed after giving birth. They are super long, soft, and absorbent — perfect for those first few days when regular pads just don’t cut it. I honestly wish I had brought more with me to the hospital because they only provided small, uncomfortable pads that didn’t offer nearly enough coverage or support. Pretty BULKY and long but works so well! I got a surgery on my privates and bought these for cooling and to catch bleeding. You HAVE to bend until you hear a pop and shake it until it gets cold because it can get super cold. It last around 20-30 mins which is perfect timing per doctors ice instructions. Will be buying more if I need to throughout my recovery! Minus a star for being bulky.

These are long, absorbent, stay in place and are easy to use. Exactly what I needed and they're priced fairly too. I would totally buy them again. I recommend them highly.

These are really great if you had a tear during delivery. The only downside is I don’t feel like the cooling last very long. I felt like I was always trying to move them to make it cool in the right place. Pretty comparable to the ones from the hospital, but I do feel like the hospital will stay cold for longer.

I don’t use these for postpartum but instead for monthly use. I hate getting stained at night and these are the perfect size for bedtime. I sleep well knowing I’m fully protected. Definitely recommend and they’re thick so heavy flow

Do not recommend. I am a big fan of Frida Mom products but these are an exception. The pads are bulky and are so uncomfortable to wear. In fact, I put it on directly after labor and took them off as soon as I got to my postpartum room. They were hurting me instead of helping me. The coldness feels good however you can clearly feel the ice pack through the pad. The bulkiness made it difficult for me to sit comfortably.

These were amazing to have for the 2 weeks after giving birth. I was going to just take some from the hospital and then buy some regular, more absorbent pads from the store after those ran out but a friend said that these were the best so I gave them a shot and I am SO glad I did. The hospital ones are great, but they definitely aren't as long as these pads so if you're moving around a lot or sitting/laying in different positions, there's a higher chance of leaking around the pad. Also the more absorbent ones from the store are great for maybe the second week but definitely can't handle the flow you'll have the first week. These honestly gave me so much peace of mind, also they weren't uncomfortable like I assumed they would be.

Funcionan bien tuve cesarea y no necesite super absorción pero para parto natural son muy buenas y son super gordas y absorbentes. Un poco incómodas pero para estar en la casa son de gran ayuda.

I used these with the frida mom disposable underwear, and they were a god send. If you’re pregnant, purchase both of these products immediately. They are much better than the mesh undies and ginormous pads they give you at the hospital. They are comfortable and absorbent without feeling like you’re wearing a diaper( although I still recommend adult diapers for overnight the first few days !). I added the witch hazel liners on top too, which I suggest if you’ve had stitches. Thanks Frida mom for making such amazing products.
