Good adhesive good protection well made tape

It also works for its intended use, insulation ;-) You can wrap First Robotics feed rollers with this stuff to make very grippy rollers; a great trick! It doesn't actually stick to anything, so you can peel it off and replace it as it gets damaged. Make sure to stretch it as you put it on so that it fuses properly; 2-3x the length is a decent stretch.

The product arrived without any physical damage or cosmetic imperfectoins. I wanted to use this kind of tape for the modification of the mechanical keyboard. It works as good as a masking tape, but gives better results in sound signature department (if you are more into low frequency/silent sound). Since it has nearly the same thickness as hotswappable sockets, it can create quite a pressure, if you use it with a thick foam on the bottom case. The non-sticky side of this tape is sticky and the grip is pretty much the same as a masking tape. You can pull it from the foam/other material easily, but sometimes, it can be challenging to do. It can be a bit hard to work with, if you want to cut some forms or holes in it. Artist's knife doesn't even make a scratch on it, so the only thing that works fine is a pair of sharp scissors. It doesn't have a rubber smell, even though it has rubbery components in it and it is quite sturdy.

This thick rubber like tape is perfect for insulating exposed wires.

I am currently using this tape of 2 different cable junctions that are exposed to the outside elements. It has seen 90-degree days, down pours, and now snow and cold. It is holding up great with both joints still looking like the day I installed them. Specifically, this was used for Ham radio feed lines.

In my work, I used this product for decades, but until recently I never bought it myself. I always used it as part of my job. Retired now, I bought a single roll for sealing some cabling to a satellite dish at my cottage. My review is for all the years of professional use - this is the go-to product for outdoor cable connections whether it's for critical air traffic control applications, or for one's personal satellite dish cable.

Electric splicing

I use this for all sorts of repairs, not just electrical or plumbing. Great for crafts, or making impromptu gadgets. A couple of clips, a length of wire, this tape and a portable spray bottle and I have a hand sanitizer bottle that can be clipped to a bag or belt. Have anything leaking? Wrap some tape around it while dry. Bug screen on the window has a gap around the edge? Seal it to your window frame with some of this tape. Even more useful than duct tape.
