Mrs. Anderson’s Baking Ebelskiver Turning Tools, Beechwood, 12-Inch, Set of 2

This product was amazingly lightweight yet durable. Was easy to handle and very easy to clean. I use Food Grade Bees Wax to treat after cleaning. A great value for the money. I purchased these for making Takoyaki and they work perfectly.

These are very helpful tools to make Ebelskivers. They are light and easy to manipulate. I tried to use other tools to make them, but they are awkward. These really help the turning process. They are wooden, so you will need to keep them oiled. They clean up easily. Love these.

Easy to use once you get the hang of it!

This tool is wonderful (even for uses other than ebelskivers). I'm happy with the form and function of these as well as the quality of the material used. I recommend these for you and all your friends who have ebelskiver skillets (will aid beginners in turning the dough in the circles) and also for those uses in the kitchen other than ebelskivers. I'm happy I purchased them.

These are excellent ebelskiver turning tools. At first I ordered a pair of Gulfmew Store Ebelskiver Turning Tools and when they arrived, I wasn't sure they would work as well as I expected. I then ordered these and love them more. I use both with my CucinaPro Ebelskiver Maker since they often get dirty during use and having an extra pair means I don't have to wash them as much between batches. These Mrs. Anderson's tools are more streamlined and I find are easier to use both to turn the ebelskivers and (using the other side) to remove them from the pan. I give these 5 stars and the others 4 stars. Unfortunately, these are really overpriced at the current price of $12.74 and this is the only reason I took off one star. Of course, I could have used bamboo chopsticks instead but would not have had as much control as these provide.

I wish I'd had these for my old pan. I ruined the finish on my old pan trying to make do without these. These are totally necessary to save your pan's finish, and accomplish the task at hand.

Generations of my family have made aebelskivers and we have tried many different tools to turn them during cooking. We have tried skewers, and cocktail forks (both short and long) and knitting needles with varying degrees of success. Then, at a family reunion this summer my aunt had a set of these aebelskiver turners. We were skeptical, but we all tried them out cooking aebelskivers at the reunion and were sold! They are perfect! They are nice and long so your hand is away from th heat. They do a great job turning the cooking pancakes, and you can easily poke into the aebelskiver and see if any batter sticks to test if they are fully cooked all the way through! I ordered enough for the whole family... Shhh! It's a Christmas surprise!

Works great... i thought I could use another tool like a chopstick but you really need the little edge to properly flip your ebelskiver properly. Makes the process much easier.
