I've been on a hunt to find pure loose leaf tea that tastes good and is good for you. Many years ago I tried an Earl Grey and just loved it. This is my 1st time trying it again, and it was just like I remembered. I'm not a huge fan of Earl Grey on its own, but it has that hint of Vanilla you can taste and it's delicious.I just put about a teaspoon into my tea strainer and let it set for a few minutes. You can add more or less depending on how strong you want it. This bag is tiny though, you aren't going to get a lot out of it. It's nice if you just want a sample of the tea.

    Tasty but Expensive

I used this to make an iced tisane for the summer (added fresh ginger coins, lemon juice, and strips of lemon zest.... liquid monkfruit for sweetener). Used the entire 1 oz. packet to 1/2 gallon water to make it strong enough when served cold over ice.It has a beautiful color and aroma. The flavor blend is floral and fruity-- as would be expected.  It's nice, but very expensive at $7/ounce.  There are other choices availabe so I will keep looking for one that is less expensive.
