Looking for a safe, yet more intense facial skin treatment to improve its overall quality? Every once in a while, our skin needs a little bit more than the usual cleansing and moisturizing routine that we regularly do at home. We need a total replacement or renewal of our skin cells to address all its issues in one go. A glycolic facial peel is one of the safest and mildest chemical peels that dermatologists recommend. Glycolic Acid peels are made from naturally occurring fruit sugar acids called alpha hydroxy acids (AHA) and it gently peels and exfoliates the outermost layers of your skin, removing dead and damaged cells, stimulating and generating new skin cells to be made as well as boosting the production of collagen, which gives skin the strength it needs to keep looking young. A number of skin issues are addressed by glycolic acid peels including moisturizing dry skin, treating discoloration and age spots, healing scars, decreasing fine lines and wrinkles, and exfoliating dead cells so new ones can grow. It is also normal for the skin to get red and splotchy after a glycolic peel because it breaks the skin down first (exfoliating dead cells) before it can build up and improve (when new cells grow) its overall quality. Here are more benefits your skin will enjoy when you use this glycolic acid cleanser: ✅ It can be used by all skin types - except sensitive skin, best consult with a dermatologist first. ✅ Glycolic Acid deep cleans and shrinks large pores, eliminating blackheads. ✅ This product is fragrance, paraben, and silicone free. ✅ We are so confident you will love our facial skin peel that we are giving a 30-day money back guarantee in the rare case you face any issues with your purchase. great product but do some research and read reviews before applying!
I bought this along with lactic acid at 85% to reduce sun spots and skin tone on face, legs and hands. I used this product for the first time a week ago and was really nervous about my first application due to many of the reviews. I read the instructions probably 10 times before applying. I had my baking soda and water solution ready to go in the event I needed it. 1 TBSP baking soda mixed in 1 cup of water will immediately neutralize the acid should burning occur or if the stinging becomes to intense. Very good idea to have the mixed and right next to you once you apply the glycolic peel. I also had my hair dryer plugged in and ready to use on the low cold setting should burning occur and I am glad i did!! it does help! I cleaned my face and used alcohol to completely remove any residual oils on my skin and allowed to air dry for a few minutes. I used organic coconut oil mixed with castor oil as a barrier for my lips and eye lids. I used gauze pads as per instructions to apply the solution, but I think I will try a fanned make up brush next time as I felt the gauze pad absorbed the majority of glycolic liquid. You want to begin application on your forehead and then lower cheekbones/ upper jaw line (where the skin is thicker and less sensitive) and then work your way to the rest of your face applying the acid to the most sensitive areas, last. One reviewer made a great suggestion, you can use a q tip or brush to dip in the baking soda solution if there is a sensitive area on your face that is burning. You need to be pretty quick as you apply it and also be very careful to not drip or dab it your eyes and/or lips. Also, the area below nostrils (upper lip) is pretty sensitive, at least for me anyway, so be careful there as well. The liquid is thin in consistency and has a relatively slow drip, which is good, but I think next time I will measure out 1 ML of the product in a small glass bowl and apply with brush. As I dripped the product on the gauze and applied it to my face, the gauze felt relatively dry, hence my comments above. I could immediately feel a stinging sensation upon application but it was tolerable and my hair dryer on the cool/low setting helped. Initially, I planned to leave it on for 1-2 minutes as I have sensitive and very fair skin, but kept a close eye on it and left it on for a total of 5 minutes and then rinsed it off with a ton of cool water. I did not notice any whitening or blisters as others had stated. I immediately applied fresh aloe leaf gel from the plant to my face and then followed with coconut oil mixed with organic lavender essential oil. My face looked a bit red, but it was definitely not a situation where I couldn't leave the house. I carried on as normal, using a ton of sunscreen and the normal make up I would wear. My skin felt very dry, tight and dull. It was also very sensitive to heat, it would sting a bit if I was warm and itch. after about 3 days, I noticed faint flaking of the skin on my face. I used a gentle pulmice lava rock to gently exfoliate the skin. I kept my skin very well moisturized - very important! The brown spots along my jaw line looked a bit lighter and the skin overall, more supple and smooth. In addition, I also applied the peel to both hands, shins, neck and chest. I left on in those areas for 8 minutes, they were not as sensitive as face and also applied aloe etc. I think my forehead looked the best of all for whatever reason. I will note that I also mixed a low concentration of glycolic acid with lotion and applied to my entire face and body, twice per day in between. (4 oz of coconut oil to 10 drops of gylcolic acid). Now, one week later I do notice an improvement, but most prominently on my face and hands. I plan to alternate this peel with the lactic acid peel on a weekly basis. Will keep you posted on the progress. All in all, it is definitely worth the price, but use with caution. Next time I will try using a bit more and allow it to stay on for another minute.

Great product
I was really nervous about trying this but after reading the reviews I thought I would give it a try. I have been using it for a couple of months once a week at first I was so scared I took it off after 3 minutes. Now I leave it on for up to 10 minutes. I do rinse with baking soda water and follow up with a great moisturizer. My partner has been the one to really notice it, which he never notices anything so I was surprised. It was a couple weeks after using it he said I don't know if you got new make up but your wrinkles have really seem to go away. I will be 59 tomorrow. He did not even notice after I spent 1500.00 at the dermatologist office on Botox and the filler product I had injected followed by a complete facial. Not one comment. The dermatologist office was trying to talk me into have a laser chemical peel but that was going to be another 1500.00 and I thought of all the money I spent at his office, I could of had a mini face lift. So I am going to quit wasting my money there and save it and use this for now until I decide what I want to do. Even though I was a huge sun worshiper during the 60's and 70's I have olive skin color so I don't have a lot of wrinkles. I use sun protection now all year long and take better care of my skin. Buy this product it is a great deal and I think it was under Prime membership which is so worth it, you get free shipping on most of their products plus free TV streaming that is like RED Box but I think Amazon is better. I have 4 grandkids that live in different states and sometimes you just want to send them something little under $10.00 for maybe the first day of school or I love you and if it is prime it is free shipping. So instead of sending them a 6.00 card I can send a little gift and they love it. My little granddaughter calls them her treasure box from Grandma. So it is well worth the money to have it. They are wonderful about returns. I love Amazon and since it is hard for me to drive I can get on her and get pretty much anything I need. But this product is well worth the money, you will be amazed at how much better your skin will look! Thanks for reading my review!
