Women's Top Sandals

I discovered Havaianas after following a friend's recommendation. I've worn another brand of flip-flops for many years but never liked how slippery their insoles are when my feet are wet. Recently that slipperiness resulted in my falling after exiting the pool, so my friend recommended these as a safer alternative. These flip-flops look and feel well constructed and durable. They are water resistant and have a textured insole and outer sole to keep wet feet from slipping. The rubber sole resists compression but is still comfortable to walk in. The Y-strap is set far enough forward that the post is comfortable for short-toed wearers, and it's tall enough to accommodate thicker feet. The standard width fits wide feet with no part of the foot hanging over the edges of the sandal. They have zero arch support, so be aware of that if this is an issue for you. The black version can be styled with literally anything. The pink gold version looks fantastic on tanned feet. Is this brand overhyped in certain circles? Perhaps a bit. Are there cheaper chanclas out there? Sure, but you really do get what you pay for. So far, I've found that Havaianas' legendary quality, fit, and functionality make these flip-flops worth paying a bit extra.

I only buy havainas when it comes to flip flops and I’ve been keeping this little tradition for over a decade . They fit well , look good , last a long time and are just super comfortable. I wear it around the house or can where it with jeans for a super casual day out !!

I’m on my second pair of these Havaianas because they’re honestly the best flip‑flops I’ve ever owned. They’re soft but supportive, the straps don’t dig in, and they hold up incredibly well in heat, sand, and water. They dry quickly, don’t get slippery, and the quality is consistent every time. If you want a reliable, comfortable sandal you can wear all day, these are it.

These are good, comfortable flip flops. I got them to leave by my front door to go outside quickly when I don't want to be barefoot. I live in Birkenstocks and have quite a few pair. I used to wear Havaianas about 10 years ago and they are still comfortable. I will say from reading the reviews, a few things. The white powder that you see on your rubber flip flops is a natural occurrence due to temperature change and humidity. It is called blooming. Rubber is natural and if you own Hunter boots, that happens to them as well. Its not mold. Also some people have noticed a change in the thinness or thickness of the straps. Amazon ships things that are sometimes not what we order as I'm sure we have all experienced that. The original Havaianas have a thicker strap and they have another version called Slim. So naturally the slimmer ones have a slimmer strap. I wear a European 39. Always. These say European 41/42 and there is no way that's correct. It also says 9/10 and 39/40. I ordered a pair 2 days ago that I received yesterday that said 7/8 would fit me best and they definitely did not. I ordered another pair immediately and got them quicker than I got the first pair and these are perfect. I don't know how they do their sizing but what I connect with on the correct size is the 39/40. Everything else doesn't add up for what I normally wear in Europen shoes. I hope this helps someone. I would say order a size up than Amazon recommended and if you get them with white stuff on them, it's natural. Just use a wee bit of oil, any kind, very lightly to wipe it off. Cheers!!

I’ve owned several pairs of Havaianas over the years, and this pair is just as comfortable and well made as I expected. The only reason I’m giving it four stars is the overall design. Compared to some of the slimmer Havaianas styles, this one has noticeably wider straps and a broader shape between the toes. To me, it gives the sandal a more sporty, unisex look rather than the slimmer, more feminine style that I usually prefer. That said, this is completely a matter of personal taste. The comfort, quality, and durability are exactly what I expect from Havaianas. If you like a slightly bolder, more casual look, you’ll probably enjoy this style. I personally still prefer the slimmer models, but this is a solid everyday flip-flop.

Since these are rubber always a little stiff but still comfortable. I really like these because they’re easy to clean and last forever. My last pair i had for a decade and the the thing portion finally snapped. True to size.

These were different from my last pairs of Havaianas , The strap was wider and sharper than in the past. These hurt my feet, I bought them as a replacement pair for my cruise because my last pair were 5 years old and I figured with as much walking as you do on a cruise I didn’t want to risk them blowing out. The new ones were so sharp on the edges I couldn’t wear them after an hour. So they wound up not getting worn after that. I may take a file to the edges and make them more comfortable. The rubber seems slightly different too. I’ve never had a problem with Havaianas hurting my feet before EVER! And they are the only brand of flip flop I’ve worn for about 18 years ( Havaianas are my favorite warm weather footwear . I almost question if this pair were legit Havaianas . 🤔 Don’t judge the brand based on this review.. I’m totally in love with the Havaiana brand of flip flop, I just don’t know if maybe the pair I got might not be the real deal .
