The reason I am giving it 2 stars is because I have only used this carrier approximately 7 times to transport my cat and the portion that the front strap is attached to seems to becoming undone (the sewing it starting to rip). It isn't completely unusable, but it seems to get worse every time I use it and I am scared that soon the section might break and I may drop my cat. My cat is only 9 pounds, so he is in the weight limit. The other strap section is completely fine, so maybe my front strap just wasn't sewed properly? Be sure to place something underneath or attach a piece to the rough velcro while in use.
