Very sturdy and bottom stand is terra cotta, so nice and heavy.
Very cute on my deck. Lights don't last very long, but I just removed them and replace them with appropriate holiday lights!

I love this. It looks exactly like it does in the picture. It is just so much fun. I plan to incorporate it with my Christmas decor but might keep it up all year. Easy to assemble, base is heavy enough to keep it stable and all of the lights work perfectly.

Great for Christmas and Year-Round Use
Originally purchased this for a "decorate your office" for the holidays. My theme was Christmas in the Caribbean.Palm tree is now on my patio and will stay there for the rest of the year. Lights are bright and lends to a fun atmosphere.When I received the unit. One of the palm stems wouldn't light. Contacted the manufacturer and had a replace shipped to me in less than 3 days. Great customer service and I would purchase again from this company.

Absolutely beautiful!
Palm tree was in excellent condition, except for one light bulb being broken. Replacements were in the box. Very easy to assemble, it was worth every penny!

Lights don’t even work on this tree. Green part works fine, trunk lights don’t work at all.

More than just the perfect Christmas Gift!
Looks amazing. Solid base, easy to set up and take apart. Durable. Looks tropical and yet seasonal at the same time! Its big too, we were worried this would stand out too much, but its classy as ever! It looked great where ever we put it. It was a gift for mom and I dont think she's going to pack it away when the season ends.

Having to pay for return of damaged product
I was looking forward to having this for Christmas, but when we opened it we found one of the bulbs was broken (the packaging wasn't damaged), and this caused all the lights down the trunk to go dark. Also, the lights didn't go all the way to the end of the branches which made it look like a cluster of lights instead of a string. When I asked to return it, there was no problem except that I have to pay for the shipping. This would cost over $80.00 and I only paid about $200.00 for the tree.Very disappointed
