Biscuits wonderful - but Amazon delivery deplorable
I love these. I've been a fan of chocolate Bourbon biscuits for ages and wanted to try this new cappuccino flavour. It doesn't disappoint and the biscuits were crisp and fresh. HOWEVER. Amazon, you need to revisit your packaging. The last two orders of bourbon biscuits have arrived in pieces - see photo. They have been sent either in paper envelopes or bubble envelopes, neither of which will protect the contents from being crushed. This is not the fault of the merchant as both orders were fulfilled and mailed by Amazon. Five stars for the product, zero stars for Amazon packaging!
