About Size... 1. Small kadai suitable for 3-4 people. 2. Big kadai suitable for 6-7 people. About quality... Both kadai made stainless steel with 3 layer thick bottom.. Bottom is suitable for induction and gas stove. On induction up to 800°C to 1000° C vegetables was not stick at bottom. On ges medium flame 🔥 vegetable was not stick at kadai bottom.

Very neat and sturdy
The bigger one has some scratches inside but I m still keeping it because the size, quality and durability is really awesome for this price. Would appreciate if they have the medium size in between the bigger and smaller pan.
