This was my son’s birthday gift, and he was excited to use it on our first trip to the lake this summer. Unfortunately, his very first time in the water with it, the tether strap started to unravel within minutes. I was able to knot what was left of it to the wrist piece so he could still use it, but I definitely wasn’t impressed with the poor quality of the strap that it did not even withstand a few minutes of gentle use (this was at Lake Michigan on a mildly wavy day).**Edited** Customer service responded promptly after I contacted them. They did not have the part in stock, but reimbursed me the cost to order a new tether leash from Amazon. I’m satisfied that they did their best to resolve the problem, and am adding two more stars to my rating.

Bought this for our child to use at the beach over the summer. Our previous one had been purchased at a "big box store" and had broken in half. This board is much sturdier and I expect many summers of good use.

We love this! We recently got the chance to drive 16 hours to Mexico and use this board on the ocean. We had a couple bigger ones but I wanted a shorter one for my smaller kids! It was perfect. We also live about an hour away from a large Lake that we visit often in the summer so I plan on taking this with us! When there aren’t waves, the kids love to use it as a small paddle board! The board is great. It is easy for the kids to maneuver! They can even carry it themselves (bonus for me). The value is exactly what I thought (and hope) it would be! Great purchase for more family fun in the water! It does come with an ankle strap and the different designs and colors of these boards are fantastic. We had a hard time choosing! There are different lengths depending on what size or age will be using it, so be sure to pay attention to that chart provided on the listing! And per usual— always wear your water shirt and board shorts to protect your skin from surfer’s rash!

The foam was heavy duty and strong. I've had too many boards break over the years. I dropped off the top of some big waves so far with no bending or breaking. Yeah I'm only a week into having it but so far so good.

It does the job. I dont surf everyday, just about every weekend or so. Its thick and light but it's not the quality I thought it was going to be, considering the cost of it. Definitely better than the cheap walmart boards but not super great. I changed the leash out bc the one that comes with the board can burn/hurt your skin.

It's larger than most boards. The material on top is more like very firm foam and the bottom it's smooth and more like a rigid plastic composite. It is fun and more comfortable than my previous boards. The top got a brown stain from one night under the rain. It's on the heavier side but overall it is well built and sturdy.

This board has a beautiful appearance. It is a high quality swim item. I really like the leash. It helps me to hold on to my board. I Absolutely love the shark decoration on the front. It totally rocks. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Nice product! Great quality but you can get the same thing cheaper at the beach!
